Mega Leech: Part 2

Mylène backs down, taking in deep breaths to try and calm down when I grab her shoulder stating, "Mayor Bourgeois what you're saying is you wanna take down our trees, a natural and cost-free air filter, and replace them with your tower that'll absorb polluted air and clean it only for you to make everyone pay including those who might not be able to afford it for a basic need to survive through plastic bottles, the same plastic bottles that won't be recycled and pollute the ocean, another one of our main air filters and eventually will add to the big garbage patch already polluting the ocean?"

"Yes exactly!" The mayor nods in agreement before realizing what I just said and starts shaking his head. "I mean of course not! It's not that simple, ecology is complicated, especially for children your age. Leave these things to the adults," Alya who had been streaming this on her blog asking "So actually, your project is all about cutting down our trees and closing our favorite park, and you're justification for that is that we're children and you think we're not smart enough to understand what's going on?"

"Mylène, Ivan, Luka, and (y/n) are right the mayor's solution isn't going to solve the problem," Marinette states, and Mylène speaks up again. "It's just like all the other so-called miracle solutions that's supposed to deal with ecological problems. The thing people don't realize is there's no simple solution that can fix everything, what's needed is lots of small solutions that can tackle the problem all at the same time and a lot of us working together." "Good thing you guys got involved to stop this but why didn't you guys tell us about it? The whole class would've joined you," Mari asks and we give her a deadpan look as I tell her. "We did. Mylène and Ivan have protesting against Project Oxygen for months while Luka and I helped out whenever we could but we were the only ones who listened."

The class apologizes, muttering about being busy with this and that when having had enough André tries to cut down a tree before the four of us block his path chanting "Stop Project Oxygen!" Our friends join in, blocking every tree the mayor approaches soon demanding that Officer Roger escort us all off the property. 

"To tell you the truth Mr. Mayor I've been thinking that these kids are making a really good point." "You're not paid to think Roger! You're paid to obey!" He starts yelling when everyone's parents, guardians, siblings, friends, etc start coming into the park, questioning what the mayor thought he was doing. "Mr. Mayor! It seems everyone is opposed to Project Oxygen, including Adrien Agreste even though his father's a supporter. Are you going to resign the project?" Nadja asks as she and her news team appear. André starts to panic unsure of what to do especially as more and more people started protesting against the project.

The whole situation becomes problematic when André gets re-akumatized into Malediktator with a sentimonster hovering in the air. "Greetings my fellow citizens. By the power invested in me, Mega Leech clone me!" He jumps into the sentimonster and billions of tiny Malediktators shoot out and start climbing into people's ears, taking control of the person.  I take off running, covering my ears to prevent myself from being controlled, and find a place to transform. 

When I get back to the park I find everyone trying to catch Chat Noir and I jump in and help. "Need a helping paw?" I ask, flicking a mini Malediktator off his shoulder. "Yeah, I'm not sure how we're supposed to stop him." "For now let's focus on getting everyone who hasn't been taken over out of here," He nods and we get to work while waiting for Ladybug to appear. This ended with us being chased by a bunch of Malediktators across the city until LB pulled us away from them.

She summons her lucky charm and is given an ice skate. Looking between the skate and the mini Malediktator we managed to capture, she smiles and cuts his sash with the skate, an amok, and akuma fly out for LB to take care of. "Well that was easy," Chat comments while I look around soon noticing there were still Malediktators everywhere "I don't think we're done yet," I say and he looks out, understanding what I meant, and stops Ladybug from activating the miraculous ladybugs. 

The sentimonster floats towards us, sending out more and more Malediktators who chase after us while Ladybug theorizes that the amok and akuma multiply along with the Malediktators. "So what's the miracle solution, M'lady?" "There isn't one. We need lots of small solutions to tackle the problem all at once with a lot of us working together," Her eyes light up as an idea comes to mind. "Cover me, I'm going to get a new ally," We nod and get the Malediktators to chase after us.
