Puppeteer 2: Part 3

"That's right I like you like a regular human being because you're my close friend," She then looks at me with pleading eyes as she quietly begs for someone to throw her into a vat of wax. Before I could respond we hear footsteps and turn to see Hawkmoth glaring at us! What was he doing here?

"Hawkmoth?!" The three of us ask in shock when he silently charges toward us with his cane and Adrien parries him with the Aurora statue's umbrella. "Go get some help!" "Oh no, you're gonna stay and play with me this time!" We hear Manon over the loudspeaker and we stare at it in shock. "Manon?" 'Wrong. I'm Puppeteer and I wanna play with you and my statues," The Hawkmoth statue continues to attack and Adrien holds him back while we go off and transform.

We head back just in time to save Adrien from being impaled as Ladybug instructs him to go hide somewhere. Ladybug uses her yoyo to prevent the statue from moving and Chat Noir lands next to us excitedly. "You've captured Hawkmoth!" "I wish," We both say in unison as she tugs and the statue falls apart. "Oh a wax statue," He sighs disappointingly. "The Puppeteer is back, she has to be here somewhere."

LB tells us and we agree and I state, "Let's try the heroes and villains' room first, that had to be where she found Hawkmoth's statue," Charging into the room, the three of us jump to avoid the obvious trap as Bubbler freezes and Lady Wifi gets stuck in a bubble. LB instantly attacks the Puppeteer statue but soon lets it go when she realizes that wasn't her.

"Look The Puppeteer is missing her wand...Our Puppeteer must've taken it, that's gotta be where the akuma is," Chat exclaims when all the other statues in the room start to move and surround us. "Ok, who wants to play red light, green light?" Chat jokes as we start taking down the statues one by one. "No hopscotch either?" "Enough jokes Kitty, there's a little girl at stake." "You know M'lady the worse the situation the more amazing you both are," Chat compliments us and I thank him. "You're amazing too you know." 

"How do you do that? We mean so much to you, yet it's so easy for you to say these nice things to us even in the worst situations, the really important things are the hardest to say aren't they?" LB asks and Chat gives some really good advice that I plan on following later. "It's precisely that when something is important, it is important to say it no matter what," Ladybug smiles gratefully at him when pieces of statues come tumbling down the stairs.

"The workshop! She's gotta be there!" She exclaims and we rush up the stairs, slamming the door and pulling off the handle. "That should hold them for a bit," We head to the workshop and I notice how quiet Chat Noir is being especially when he didn't make a joke or question Ladybug's lucky charm when she summoned it. With that in mind, I become suspicious this wasn't our cat but a statue.

Bursting into the workshop we find Puppeteer with a few statues and she begins to taunt us. "I've got tons of friends but you? No one wants to play with you Ladybug." "You forget I always have my partners with me: Chat Noir and (s/n)." "Really? Chat Noir capture Ladybug!" Puppeteer orders and the statue attacks, forcing her to the ground and LB asks angrily, "What's wrong with you?" 

I put my kunai knives to the statue's throat and tell her, "It was a statue duh, weren't you even the least bit suspicious when Chat was so quiet?" She frowns and I shake my head before I get kicked to the side and look to see my own statue and I grumble, "Of course..." We start fighting the statues but it wasn't long before we were being cornered and having enough LB jumps up and targets the wand with her yoyo. "we're done playing games!"
