It was early morning, and Marinette and I were on our morning jog, stopping at the Seine River for a short break, the new Alliance ad playing on a screen nearby.

"I thought Adrien was no longer a model thanks to you Marinette," Tikki comments as she watches the ad.

"He isn't Tikki. What you're looking at is a digitized 3D model of Adrien."

"Wow. It looks so real."

Marinette nods as she smiles softly at the ad.

"Are you sure you don't have time for boys?" Flaake teases with a smirk, earning a frown from Marinette.

"Don't start Flaake. As long as I'm you know who I have to focus on defeating Monarch. I lost possession of the miraculous thanks to boys so thanks but no thanks."

Marinette starts jogging again and I chuckle with Flaake.

"She says whilst being in love with Chat Noir."

"How can you tell?" Flaake asks.

"Flaake please, I've lived, hung out with, and fought with her for four years so I can pick up her 'I'm in love' signs even if she herself is oblivious to it."

I catch up with her but we quickly stop again when we hear The Owl's voice and turn around to see him climbing the ad sign to get Miss. Michelle's cat back. The cat attacks him causing him to fall, his cape getting caught on the side, his mask falling off and breaking. We start rushing over to help when a girl wearing a ladybug costume appears.

"I'm coming! Don't be afraid and give me your hand!" The fake Ladybug climbs the ad and offers her hand to The Owl, pulling him to safety.

Curious we approach as the two use the elevator to get down. The fake Ladybug looked pretty dang close to the real one but this one had bangs and her pigtails were longer.

"Thanks for saving me Ladybug."

"You're welcome! You gotta know when to step in. That's the only way you can change things in life."

"Socqueline?" Marinette asks, narrowing her eyes at the fake Ladybug.

"What? No, I'm Ladybug! Just a normal superhero. Bug out!" She waves goodbye and runs off, The Owl soon taking off as well.

"Do you...Know her?" I ask Marinette, still pretty confused over the situation.

"I think so. Let's go buy some paint," She starts to jog back home and I follow her.

Quickly getting changed, Marinette makes an excuse to go get Sabine more paint before we head to the mall on Marinette's scooter.

"Ok spill, what are we really doing here?" I ask, crossing my arms as we get on the escalator.

"That fake Ladybug from earlier I think it was Socqueline a school friend from Elementary school. Knowing her I'm sure she means well but we have to convince her not to put herself in danger like that."

"You're not gonna tell her you're the real Ladybug are you?" Tikki asks worriedly and Marinette shakes her head reassuringly.

"Of course not, she can't suspect anything."

"Good. It's too risky now for anyone else to know our secret identities," I say as we enter the Art shop where Sabine likes to get her paint from.

"Hi, Socqueline," Mari waves as we approach and I get my first look at this old friend.

She was definitely the fake Ladybug from earlier. Except this time she was wearing glasses, jeans, red sneakers, and a black shirt with a red plaid collar and rolled up sleeves.
