"What do you mean you two aren't dating, Regulus is literally sitting on you lap Pads."

It was a crisp Saturday afternoon. Regulus had snuck into the Gryffindor common room, he hated being a Slytherin. Everybody except, Barty, Evan, and Narcissa despised him in his house. That's why he tended to hang out in the Gryffindor common room with Sirius, his brother, Remus, future brother in law, and James, his boyfriend of 10 moons. Sirius was trying to find out whether or not James and Regulus was dating. Remus already knew after he walked in on them snogging. He probably could've guessed anyway. They always showed public affection. From holding hands in the hallway, sitting on each others laps, kissing each others knuckles, or showering one another in compliments. Sirius, merlin bless him, was clueless.

"Platonically." Regulus added.

"Yeah, no homo." James piped in.

"But how, you two are more in love than I am with Remus."

"Thanks Paddy. You don't even know if they're dating but claiming that they're more in love than us of 3 years"

"Anytime Moonpie"

"And you guys are saying we're the non- platonic friends." James mentioned.

"We're so platonic I can kiss him."

Within seconds, Regulus had positioned himself on top of his lover and started snogging him. Remus just chuckled. Sirius however, crinkled his nose in disgust.

"Prongs, love you mate, but you're so clueless." These words came out of Jame's chapped, red, and swollen lips.

"Remus found out months ago. It did help that he walked in on us snogging, but we don't try to hide it. See, I'll call Barty and Evan right now and ask if they knew we were dating."

-pretend they have phones-

"EVAN ! If you and Barty are done shagging." Referencing to Barty laying next to him. "Did you know that Jame's and I are dating?"

"Obviously, you guys don't try to hide it."

Regulus made a gesture to his phone. His non- verbal way of saying 'I told you so'.

"Wait you two are dating?" Asked Barty.

Regulus turned backed down to his phone to see the boy laying next to Evan looking as puzzled as ever.

"I'm not doing this right now. Love you eshay. Like you Barty Boo. Hanging up now."

"I've got photos from month 1." James pulled out his almost identical phone, due to their matching phone cases. He revealed a photo of the couple taking a selfie whilst kissing.

"Aw, I remember that. We were hopelessly in love kids."

"Now we're hopelessly in love adults."

Regulus couldn't ignore the blush creeping on to his already red face. But soon enough the afternoon hours became dark.

"I better get going to bed. Siri and James, you have Quidditch in the morning. Regulus, it's probably too late for you to go back without getting caught by Filch, so another excuse to stay the night. No snogging though." Remus was like the mother of the group. He had memorised everybody's schedule and tucked them into bed at night. He practically spoon fed them.

"No promises." James said, earning an elbow to the rib from Reggie, and a glare from Sirius.

"Gross." Sirius spat.

"Hey! Not cool man, whenever I stay over you and Remus are cuddling. Heck, I even walked in on a not PG hang out."

"What do you mean STAY OVER?"

With that both Jame and Regulus's eyes opened wide.

"ABORT MISSION!" Sirius yelled as they both ran to James's bed. James pulled the covers up to conceal them both before Reggie rested his head on his chest.

"Love you Prongsie."

"Love you more Reggie."

With that they both fell into a deep sleep. Feeling calm and safe wrapped in their lover's arms.
