Kyoko desperately wanted to hug an emotional Anele. She could tell that Anele was conflicted within herself, finally she had her father back but after six years of him ill treating her, Anele had closed her heart to any feelings of love for her father. Kyoko understood Anele's position, if her family had refused to believe her after being raped she too would have closed off. Carefully she to walked towards Anele who was now typing into her phone.

" Do you still need a lift, I can drive you home."

" No I'm good."

" Anele can we talk to you."

Kyoko's mother interrupted them. They had not noticed her walk up to them or see Kenji limp into the house.

" Miss Himura it's been a very emotional few hours and the last thing I want to do is talk to any of you. All I want right now is to be left alone."

She tried to walk away but Kyoko's mother held her hand. Kyoko quickly tried to come in between them seeing that Anele was too angry. Anele moved Kyoko and stood in front of the young misses Himura while trying to calm herself down, misses Himura was after all her elder.

" After today I would appreciate it if you never spoke to me or tried to get in contact with me ever again. This goes for any one from your family. Please leave me alone."

Anele said in a calm but stern tone.

Kyoko's mother loosened her grip on Anele's hand and took a step back, hurt by her request. Kyoko looked at her mother, then at Anele, her eyes filled with concern.

"Anele that's a bit harsh?."

Kyoko. Anele took a deep breath, attempting to control her emotions. She understood that it wasn't entirely their fault, but they were part of the cause of her hurt and pain. Part of her struggles.

" You're one to talk. I'm really trying to be calm and respectful, so please respect my wishes like I have respected you and your family's wish for me to stay away from them."

Anele responded, her voice softening slightly. Kyoko's mother shifted uneasily and tried to interject, but Anele raised her hand, signaling for her to stop.

" I understand but think about the twins."

" Twins?"

Kyoko's parents and grandparents were both shocked by this.

" Yeah she has twins."

Kyoko added. Older misses Himura walked up to Anele then gently held her hand in between hers, Anele wanted to pull it back but she had nothing against the old lady.

" I'm a twin too. Lost my brother to a a drunk driver while he was walking home from soccer practice."

Kyoko's grandmother spoke with tears in her eyes. Anele pulled her hand back disgusted by her own feelings. The downside of being empathetic.

" You'll have to forgive me but your family made their choice and I'm sticking to it."

Kyoko's grandmother nodded reluctantly, her own eyes misting with tears. She knew she couldn't fight against Anele's wishes, as painful as it was for her. She realized it was the Himura's fault Anele was this way, they had caused this child so much pain and caused a lot of problems with her parents.

" We'll respect your wishes."

Old missus Himura apologised.

" We're sorry for the hurt and pain you had to go through because of our treatment towards you. I'm sorry that you've had to raise two children on your own. Please do not hesitate to call Kyoko if there's anything you need."

Anele knew that would be the last thing she would do but did not say anything, she turned to Kyoko.

" Please take me home."

Kyoko surprised by her request, stood frozen for a second before unlocking the car. Being the gentle woman she was, she held the passenger door open for her.
