As much as Bai was hurt by Anele kissing Kyoko, she was relieved of her own guilt. Recently Bai had been seeing a girl she met two months ago when she came for a photoshoot at Bai's studios. Due to her relationship with Anele, Bai had only gone out on dates with her and  shared a simple kiss a few times but it had never gone beyond that. The guilt from falling for somebody else was eating her up and had planned to come clean to Anele, ever since she saw her with Yani. Mera was Yani's former girlfriend but Mera had broken up with her for Bai and had been asking her to end things with Anele so they could move forward with their relationship.

" Anele and I are separated."

Mera wanted to jump for joy but seeing how sad Bai looked, she instead crawled over to her and wrapped her arms around Bai from behind.

" Can you believe she kissed her ex?."

Mera was shocked by what Bai said only because Bai would always tell her how good Anele was to her and that she, Bai felt guilty for going out on dates with Mera. It got on her nerves when Bai would start going on about.

" Maybe she was caught by surprise, you did say that she was a loyal woman who'd never hurt you."

Mera's voice was soft but she had a sinister smile on her face while laying her head on Bai's back.

" Yeah, that's what I thought but at least I can now be with you freely."

Bai spun around, pushed Mera backwards onto the bed and kissed her, grateful that tonight she could finally take their relationship further without any guilt. Mera on the other hand was grateful that she finally had Bai all to herself, finally she would get everything she wanted.

" You're sure about this, I don't want you regretting today tomorrow.?"

Mera was not romantically interested in Bai till she found out that she owned the third biggest entertainment company in the country and did everything to get her attention but feelings developed.

" I've been waiting for this day."
Bai

The two of them spent the rest of the night exploring each other's bodies, letting go of all the pent-up desire and longing. Their kisses were passionate and intense, each touch sending waves of pleasure through their bodies. Bai's heart felt lighter, knowing that she was no longer hiding her feelings for Mera.

As they lay tangled in each other's arms, their bodies still glistening with sweat, Bai couldn't help but feel a sense of both relief and trepidation. She had finally chosen to be with Mera, but it meant letting go of Anele, someone who had been a significant part of her life.

Mera, sensing Bai's mixed emotions, caressed her cheek gently.

"You don't have to feel guilty, my love,"
she whispered.

Bai nodded, her heart fluttering with a mixture of excitement and uncertainty. Bai felt guilty for not being honest with Anele and making Anele think she was the main reason for their separation but what's done is done.

Mera made her feel alive in ways she hadn't felt in a long time. Their chemistry was undeniable, and every moment spent with Mera felt like a whirlwind of passion and excitement.

Bai reminded herself of the saying she believed in. If she truly loved Anele, she wouldn't have found herself falling for Mera. Although Bai still had lingering feelings for Anele, she made a conscious decision to focus on her present and give her all to Mera.

Bai did wonder if Anele was hurting, if she had moved on, or if she still held a sliver of hope for their relationship. That's when she recalled that she did not completely end their relationship but had asked for space instead, she needed to make it clear with her.
