A loud knock startled her from her sleep, she had dozed off in between the twins bed with her head on her daughter's bed while she was telling them a bed time story they asked her for. It took her a few minutes to get on her feet as the left leg had turned numb because of the position she was seated in and the person on the other end of the door gradually became impatient. Due to the frequent knocking she knew it was Bae even though she was not expecting her but her girlfriend liked popping up unannounced at any time of the day and she had no problem with it because she loved having her over.
" I would've come sooner if I knew this is the welcome I'd get."
Anele had forgotten that she had on a short two piece pyjama set that had her thighs and side boobs exposed, in her hurry to answer the door. She stood shocked frozen at the uninvited and unwanted guest, who undressed her with her eyes. She was not bothered by her attire but by the presence of the only woman she deeply hated. Anele slammed the door in her face and ignored her pleading while she locked the door. Then slid down it, shocked and in disbelief , with so many questions. Questions that could probably be answered if she opened the door to the woman pleading for her time on the other side of the door.
" Neli, open up please."
Anele covered her ears when she heard the name she used to call her. Once upon a time she thought it was cute but now it just disgusted her.
" Leave!"
" Baby I know I hurt you."
You think?! She sneered, hurt was not descriptive enough to explain what she did to her. Even though her presence annoyed her, she could not help but wonder why the Himura family suddenly wanted to talk to her but at the same time she was so mad at them, that she felt she wanted nothing to do with her as they did her six years ago. Recalling that the twins bedroom was open and Kyoko's pleading cries could he heard by them, she ran to close the door. The last thing she wanted was them waking up and asking questions. Plus it will be harder to get them back to sleep once they wake.
" Go away!"
She angrily said after opening the door with force that would have caused it to loudly collide with the wall behind it if she had not held onto it. Kyoko had never seen this side of her and it shocked her for a minute.
" If you want me gone, let me talk to you."
" I don't want to talk to you or your family."
" My family? Did my parents come to see you?"
" I don't know ask them."
She tried to close the door but Kyoko had her foot blocking it and unfortunately Anele had hit her hard. She thought Koko was pretending even though she let out a loud scream when she hit her, but believed her when her face turned red. Anele crouched down, taking her foot to check for any broken bones.
" You know I need to sit down so you can throughly examine the foot."
Anele rolled her eyes then pointed to the ground outside her door.
" Sit."
Kyoko turned to look at what she was pointing at and turned back with a frown when she realised what she meant. Reluctantly Anele let her into her home and checked on her foot. It was red with the indentation of her shoes plus the door but nothing that would require a visit to the emergency room. Anele brought her an ice pack with painkillers.
