" Kenji you and dad made the deal not me."
Kyoko smirked triumphantly as her brother reluctantly signed his company away. Well her father and brother had given her half of each of their shares from the main company and now she was the majority shareholder.
" It's not like you gave me a choice."
Kenji mumbled through clenched teeth.
" Stop it you two, what's done is done. Your sister held up her end of the bargain and you got a new lease to life."
Her father reprimanded them.
" Those were supposed to be my shares, I was supposed to have the majority. She already had twenty-five percent. This is our oldest company, most income generating company and my company as the eldest son in our family."
Kenji complained.
" Now you wouldn't even have half of the company if she hadn't done what she did. We do have other companies that you'll be running and owning."
Her father did not like the arrangement when she proposed it to them but he was desperate to save his son and he already felt guilty about sidelining his daughter in the past, he agreed to give away his shares to her. Also agreed that Kenji would give his shares too, on his behalf, since he was in a critical condition when they asked for her to help.
" It's not fair."
Kenji complained, Kyoko was annoyed by his childish behaviour and so was his father. Their father was still angry at Kenji for his actions and for lying about it, costing them money to keep his transgressions hidden and causing them to lose out on five years with their children.
" Boo whoo, this is business nothing is fair big brother. First thing you should learn mister c.e.o."
Kyoko mocked Kenji, her father smiled but it quickly faded when Kenji turned to him.
" Are we done here, I've got work to do.?"
Kenji
" before you leave there's the issue of his marriage-"
Kenji cut her off.
" Marriage?! I'm not getting married, what is she talking about dad?"
Her father sighed, he had still to discuss this with Kenji but Kyoko beat him to it. Kyoko shrug her shoulders, she was enjoying this.
" We've decided as a family to find you a wife-"
Kenji stood up abruptly, interrupting his father.
" The fuck! I'm not getting married to anyone and especially to a woman arranged by you."
Kenji bellowed, pointing at his sister in anger.
" You'd actually love the woman I'd pick for you but no I delegated that task to our amazing grandparents."
Kyoko was the youngest in the family but somehow knew how to get her family members to do what she wanted and it angered Kenji.
" You will not control my life like you did Anele's. Speaking of Anele, I wonder if she knows how great of a girlfriend you are."
Kenji
" She knows exactly how great I am but if you're planning of telling her, go ahead. You have more to lose than I do."
The Himura's valued family but would disown Kenji without hesitation if he ever exposed any of his family members.
" You two need to learn to put your differences aside because you'll be working together a lot more in the future and Kenji, it's been set. You're meeting your future wife tomorrow night to discuss the wedding."
Mr. Himura spoke in a manner that said Kenji's marriage was not up for discussion, he just needed to accept it. Kenji was livid but still held his tongue, afraid to make things worse for himself.
" If you dare to fight us , you're not getting the company and you will forfeit your shares."
Kyoko wanted to laugh at the shocked comical look on her brother's face but her father's look made her swallow her laugh.
" You're expected at your grandma's too."
Her father said walking out with Kenji, Kyoko was in great spirits.
