Chapter 86
It was about one am in the morning and I heard the familiar footsteps of Gavin's on the floor. I listened carefully to where he was going and he didn't stop to our room. I decided to go check on him and see if he was okay. I gently moved Joe's wrapped arm around me to the side. He shifted his position and hugged one of his pillows instead. I went out of our room and looked for Gavin. The lamp light upstairs of Joe's loft was on and I went to go check. Gavin was sitting by the window on the floor with his legs crossed. I rumpled his hair and he looked up. "What's wrong Gav?" I looked out to the view of LA. Lights were shinning at a few houses and Gavin hugged me.

"I miss Uncle Sebastian," he says and I looked down at him in surprise.

"Gav remember what I told you," I said and sat beside him on the floor.

"I know Mommy but he was just like Daddy," he says and I stare out the window. All that time this is all Sebastian's plan.

"If Daddy finds out anything about Uncle Sebastian I'd get into big trouble," I said and Gavin puts his hand in my hand.

"Does Uncle Sebastian love you? The way Daddy does?" he curiously said. I felt hot tears in my eyes that are threatening to spill but I can't Gavin see them.

"No munchkin. Uncle Sebastian is only a friend. Daddy is my husband and we love each other very much. Just as much as we love you and Adrian," I wiped my eyes quickly.

"Uncle said he loved you very much. He told me not to ever tell you but I know when you love someone you have to tell them," Gavin looks up to me with his wide round eyes.

"Gavin why don't you go to bed now. Tomorrow is another big day for you," I said picking him up. "And Winston and Brannon are coming. You want to be all rested up for the two pups."

"Okay," he says and I bring him to his room. I tucked him in again and kissed him on the forehead.

"Go to sleep Gavin," I whispered.

"I will," he says.

Adrian over night started to feel better and by the next morning he was starting to walk around and he ate breakfast and lunch with us. "I hear Sir Winston and Brannon are coming to town," Joe says as we were all in the living room playing a third round of Snakes and Ladders. The boys can't get enough of the game.

"Yay. I miss them!" Adrian says and he rolled his dice for his turn.

"I know I miss my little baby Brannon," I said while wiping the chocolate off Gavin's cheek. We just had some fudge sundaes. Joe drove us around the city just to look for a really good ice cream stand. He said it was better that way so paparazzi wouldn't spot us. We also went out and bought some doggy food for the dogs. It wasn't long till Joe's doorbell rang. The boys got up excitedly and Joe went to go open the door.

"Hey how's it going?" It was Joe's friend that brought our dogs from New York.

"Hi!" Joe says giving him a fist bump and his friend steps aside and Winston and Brannon came running in. Gavin squeals in laughter when the puppies came to him and I smiled seeing them so happy. Adrian went to pet our puppies and Joe went out to talk with his friend.

"Baby I'll be back okay," Joe comes out to the kitchen where I was give the dogs their food.

"Where are you going?" I asked and he takes me in his arms.

"I'm just going out to pick up some stuff for the house," he kissed my forehead and I can feel his tense shoulders.

"Okay. Are you okay?" I touched his face and he smiles softly.
