"I'll definitely ace the quiz tomorrow." Christian said as we packed up our stuff. We had a double session same for Rock and Lydia.

Rock and Lydia were still wrapping up the lesson. Lydia flirted generously throughout the lesson which is why they are running behind.

"You should." I gave him a small smile.

"Let me walk you to your car." Christian offered as we walked out into the hall and I paused but silently nodded letting the door close behind us.

"You are new this year, right? A senior?"

"Yep." I nodded as I stared ahead.

"Me too. I don't know why my parents are so obsessed with my grades when football is all I need to get into college." I glanced up wanting him to elaborate. "I'm a running back. A good one." He chuckled lightly and I could tell he was trying not to flaunt his talent. "Have you come to a game yet?" He asked looking back at me.

"Yeah...that's not really my thing." I cringed slightly.

"I thought so." He shrugged. "No hurt in asking." We walked out of the school the student parking coming into view. I laughed lightly at his 'thought I'd shoot my shot' mindset.

"I do know someone who would be interested in that type of thing." I offered.

"Who?" He furrowed his eyebrows at me as we walked across the parking lot.

"You know Flora Chase?" Christian's eyes went wide and he blushed.

"Flora Chase. Of course, I know Flora. Everyone knows her." He spoke loudly and he turned red. I held in my laughter. Just the thought of her makes him blush. How cute. His personality doesn't reflect his huge build.

"Well, why haven't you asked her out?" I shook my head at him.

"Are you joking? The FCC is totally off limits." I was confused for a moment then remembered the small conversation I had with Clancy and Charlotte and how the three of them are known as the FCC. Flora, Clancy, and Charlotte or Federal Communication Commission (of the school).

"Why?" I asked because that was one more thing I didn't know. We approached my car as Christain opened his mouth to speak.

"They are like school royalty." Christain gave the worst reason.

"But aren't football players supposed to date cheerleaders?" I unlocked my car.

"Such a cliche Scar." He shook his head at me. "Whatever me and Flora...that would never happen." He looked away sadly. He thinks his love will always be unrequited...

"I wouldn't be so sure." I smirked at him as I climbed in and shut my door. He stared shocked by my words as I pulled out.

"Hey, how was your day baby?" Frostee asked over the phone as I got dressed for bed. I put him on speakerphone and set him on my bed. Rock and I finished our packet during the session break, meaning I had the whole evening to myself.

"It was okay, not too bad. What about you?" I asked as I pulled a bulky long sleeve over my head. "How are you feeling?" I hope most of his injuries have healed, but I doubt he's feeling any better than he did Saturday night.

"Eh not terrible it's going to take some time, but I should be completely healed by the end of the week." Frostee answered. "My mom was a bit freaked, but I just told her that some guy tried to jump us after the gala." Frostee let out a lame chuckle.

"Someone did." I murmured. I know he was just trying to laugh it off, but I am still shaken up. It was a scary situation. Maybe not for him. How is Frostee dealing with it, is he okay?
