"yes of course. what's happened?" Monica asks getting excited because she can play dirty.
"Tim Bradford abuses me and my kids, he's telling everyone it's me- I need you to make sure he gets sent down" Ashley says.
"okay, where you based?" Monica asks
"San Francisco" Ashley replies
"Okay I'll get the next flight and we can have a meeting tomorrow okay to speak about it all?" Monica says and Ashley agrees
"Thanks" she says and hangs up.

Just as Ashley was about to walk into the room a social worker came over with a couple.
"Miss McGrady?" The social worker asked
"Yeah that's me?" Ashley replies
"I am Laura Robson from child protective services, this is mr and mrs Smith, they are going to be the twins temporary foster placement" the social worker says.

Ashley smiles at the couple "Ashley" she says putting her hand out to shake their hands
"Mark" the man says shaking it, Ashley moves to shake the women's hand
"Christina" she smiles and shakes the hand.

"The twins are just in here" Ashley says walking them in.
"Miss McGrady..we can't actually have you in here with them- it's the rules, neither you or mr Bradford can care for them until the investigation is over" the social worker blocks Ashley from going in.

"what?? They are my kids?!" Ashley snaps
"And there's accusations towards you and mr Bradford that one of you are endangering the kids" Laura says still blocking the door.
"Fine. I'll head home and grab the kids some clothes and toys." Ashley says stomping off like a child.
"Thanks" Laura says and walks into the room with the couple and the twins.

"Hey darlings, I am Laura- I am here to make sure you're safe" Laura says softly to the twins, both of the twins were shy and quiet.

"this is the family your going to stay with for a little bit, this is mark and this is Christina" Laura carries on.
Arlo looks up and the couple smiles at him
"Are they nice?" He asks
"oh yes, they are so sweet! I promise they will keep you safe" Laura answers.

"Promise?" Avalynn jumps in
"Yes sweetie" Christina says leaning down and looking at the twins softly.
"Okay.." they both say skeptical.

Before more chatter could go on the doctor comes in and does a check up on avalynn then takes her IV out and fills out some discharge forms, and writes out a prescription for pain medication, avalynn could leave when ever she wanted.

Ashley came back with a few bags of the kids stuff, mark and the social worker came outside the room where Ashley was.
"Here's some things..please look after my babies" Ashley says to mark giving him their bags.
"Don't worry miss McGrady we will" mark replies and goes back into the room.

"Miss McGrady I need you to fill out some forms for me, then the kids can leave with the family" Laura says handing Ashley a clip board- Ashley fills it out and gives it back
"Can I atleast say goodbye?" She asks and Laura nods.

Ashley goes into the room where the kids were now getting ready to leave with mark and Christina. Ashley goes over and was about to hug them until avalynn flinched so Ashley just stood back "bye my babies, mommy loves you okay? Be good for mr and mrs smith okay" Ashley says then gives them a kiss on the head and leaves.

Mark and Christina take the twins home..they are finally safe.

Wesley speaks to a few officers and manages to get a deal for Tim. Wesley grabs Tim's belongings from an officer and walks up to Tim's cell and the door opens.

"You're free" Wesley says holding out the bag of his stuff.
"Really?" Tim jumps up happily
"well not completely, your on bail until court, and there's rules" Wesley sighs as him and Tim walk out the cell.

"Which are?" Tim asks taking out his phone and keys out of the bag of belongings.
"Your bail address is your house, which means you have to come back to mid Wilshire until court." Wesley says taking a deep breath
