the ultimatum

Tim and Wesley landed later than expected as the plane took a while to set off. They finally get off the plane, they only had a carry on bag as they only needed two outfits as they aren't staying for long.

They got into a cab outside of the airport and they go straight to the hotel, they grab their key and go inside the room. There was two double beds in the room, Tim and Wesley was just going to share as it was for only one night.

"I'll take this bed" Tim says placing his bag on the bed. "Okay. I'm going to go and have a look at the bar down stairs, maybe grab a bite to eat, you coming?" Wesley says and Tim nods. "I'll follow you out. I've got to call Lucy" Tim says and Wesley smiles and leaves.

He pulls his phone out and dials Lucy.
"hey" Lucy answered and Tim sighs in relief when he hears her voice.
"Hi. Hey. I just landed, me and wes are in the hotel now" Tim informs Lucy.
"Great."Lucy sighs
"Is everything okay? How's the twins?" Tim asks.
"I'm fine, im trying to get to sleep in one of angelas guest rooms. And the twins and Jack have fell asleep in jacks room. We are all good"Lucy tells tim and Tim calms down knowing they are okay.
"How's the baby?" He asks and Lucy sighs and pinches the bridge of her nose.
"Good"she replies half lying knowing she's been feeling abit off..

"Great, well I love you so much. I'll call you tomorrow before Ashley's visitation" Tim says and Lucy sighs
"Okay babe, love you" she says and hangs up and turns to her side and tries to sleep.

Tim heads down to the hotel bar and sits next to to Wesley at the bar.
"Hey" Wesley says
"Hi" Tim responds and orders himself a drink.
"How's Lucy?" Wesley asks and Tim sighs
"She seems fine. The twins are sleeping in jacks room with him having a little sleepover" Tim chuckles.

"I hope my house is still standing when we get home" Wesley laughs and Tim joins him.
"Have you bought a ring?" Wesley asks and Tim sighs and plays with the glass infront of him.
"Not yet. I need too" Tim responds.

"Yes you do. That girl deserves everything and more Tim, she deserves a real proposal, and a perfect wedding. She needs everything perfect Tim" Wesley says and Tim sighs
"I know. I was planning on doing a proposal redo anyway" Tim shrugs.

"What's your plan?" Wesley asks and Tim takes a second to reply.
"I think..I might take her to the beach, or fancy restaurant of something.."Tim replies.
"Why don't you propose at the station" Wesley suggests and Tim frowns
"What kind of idea is that?" Tim chuckles

"I mean it's the first place you two laid eyes on eachother, and that place means a lot to you both and you will be surrounded by your family" Wesley replies taking a drink and Tim takes it in consideration..maybe he's right.
"That..sounds like a great idea thanks man" Tim replies.

"Anytime man, I'm heading back up to the room the flight has made me exhausted" Wesley says drinking the rest of his drink and leaving. Tim leaves not that long after

The next morning Tim and Wesley get up shower and get dressed, they head to the restaurant in the hotel eat breakfast and go straight to San Francisco women's prison.

They stand outside and Tim calls Lucy quickly.
"Hey babe" Tim says when he hears Lucy answer the phone.
"Hey." She responds.
"I'm heading in now" Tim informs Lucy.
"Okay babe, I love you and be careful. Don't let anything that women says  get to you, do you understand?" Lucy says and Tim smiles at Lucy's protectiveness.
"Yeah promise. Love you lucy" he says and they hang up.

"Ready?" Wesley asks and Tim nods and they go in.
They get searched by security and they had to go through a metal detector. Then they get brought to the visitation room.
"Well well well" Ashley says with a bitchy tone as the two men sit down.

Tim sighs already.
"Hi Ashley." Tim replies.
"why have you brought your little lawyer. He put our kids in care" Ashley snaps leaning forward, she was cuffed to the table.
"Wesley is here..as support" Tim replies, Ashley lets out a chuckle.

"Support for what? Incase I hit you?" She replies and both tim and Wesley were shocked at her response.
"No.."Tim shakes his head.
"How's my babies." She changed the subject.
"They are good." Tim nods and wipes his sweaty hands on his pants.

"So why are you here Tim?" Ashley asks and Tim glances at Wesley for him to speak.
"Tim was wondering..if you would sign your parental rights over to Lucy Chen." Wesley asks and Ashley raises her brows and shifts in her chair.
"Seriously?" She scoffs.

"What?" Tim asks.
"You are back with her? Seriously? The state of her.." Ashley chuckles and Tim tenses and clenches his jaw, Wesley stood on Tim's foot to ground his anger, Tim turns to Wesley and Wesley shakes his head telling Tim not to cause any drama in there.

"Yes I'm back with her, she's pregnant and we are engaged again. The twins see Lucy as their mom they've even started calling her mom." Tim replies and Ashley frowns.
"Lucy is not their mom, I am" she snaps back.
"No you're not ash, you abused them, starved them, neglected them." Tim responds and Ashley shakes her head and chuckles.
"Yeah. Well. They are my kids Tim I birthed them." she responds.

"your a shitty mother Ashley! They don't deserve you as a mom" Tim replies and Ashley looks at one of the guards and shouts
"I'm ready to leave" she tells them, they come over to take her back to her cell.
"So is that a yes to signing them over?" Tim asks and Ashley scoffs.

"No because when I get out I am getting custody" she replies as she gets walked away.
