"What was that about?" Lucy asks as Tim drives them to the twins preschool.
"Nothing really, angela just being Angela" Tim chuckles and Lucy nods.

They pull into the preschool car park and they both get out the truck and walk towards the pick up doors. Immediately the twins run up to them and hug Lucy's legs.
"Oh wow" Tim rolls his eyes sarcastically.
"Looks like I'm their favourite" Lucy says smirking at Tim, Tim just chuckles and shakes his head.

"How was your day babies?" Tim asks as they head towards his truck, Avalynn was holding Tim's hand and arlo was holding Lucy's.
"good, we were doing finger painting today!" They clapped and jumped excitedly.

"that sounds fun!!" Lucy cheers, Tim sees Wesley walk with Jack towards his car.
"hey uhhh I need to speak to Wesley a second. Do you mind getting the kids into the car?" Tim asks and Lucy frowns but nods and grabs avalynns hand.

"bye bye" Avalynn waves, Tim chuckles.
"I'll only be a minute" he replies
He approached Wesley.
"Hey wes" Tim says and Wesley looks up where he was strapping Jack into the car.
"Hey Tim. How have you been, we haven't talked in ages?" Wesley asks and Tim shrugs.
"Better than ever, Lucy's pregnant and we are engaged" Tim tells Wesley, Wesley's face lights up and he pulls away from strapping Jack in and bringing him into a hug.

"Congrats man!" He says and taps tims back.
"Yeah, don't tell anyone just yet. We aren't telling anyone until second trimester..but it would only be fair if you knew because your wife knows" Tim shrugs and Wesley laughs and nods.
"Well man, I'm over the moon for you all" Wesley says generally happy for Tim.
"yeah, well I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you" Tim says recalling all the help Wesley gave him.
"man that's nothing, I was doing my job" Wesley waves him off.

"still, thanks man. Anyway how has little jacky been?" Tim asks peaking into the car.
"He's getting more more cheekier and stubborn" Wesley sighs and Tim chuckles
"He's Angela's kid, I don't expect anything more" he laughs and Wesley agrees.
"How's the twins dealing with all of this?" Wesley asks and Tim smiles.

"They cannot wait to be big siblings, it took ages to explain to them but yeah they are excited..they also asked for permission from Lucy to call her mom" Tim says and Wesley looks at Tim happily.
"seriously!? That's great Tim, honestly it means that they see her as their mom, and after everything they have been through they deserve a sunshine like Lucy in their lives" Wesley agrees and Tim sighs.

"I know, they deserve a great mom..and I want it to be official..I want Ashley to sign over her parental rights to Lucy and let Lucy adopt them" Tim says and Wesley freezes.
" that's why you wanted to speak to me huh?" Wesley says putting the puzzle together and Tim sighs and nods.

"I was meaning to speak to you anyway, just to catch up and see how you were but time got ahead of me..but yeah. I have a visitation with Ashley the day after tomorrow" Tim says and Wesley shuts jacks car door and leans up against tthe car.
"Seriously? Do you really need to make it official Tim. The twins are Lucy's as much as they are yours, biological kids or not it doesn't matter, that women abused you and the twins Tim, she tried to frame you and she aborted your baby not too long ago" Wesley states crossing his arms looking at Tim unbelievably.

"god you sound like your wife. I want to make it official though wes!" Tim snaps and Wesley sighs.
"Well it depends on Ashley Tim, we need her permission and if she'll say no we can't make it official" Wesley says and Tim sighs.

"It's worth giving it a try even if she does say no" Tim shrugs, Wesley sighs.
Tim rolls his eyes "I'll just go on my own then" he grumbles and turns to walk away and Wesley grabs his arm.
"You are not going on your own, you either take Lucy or I'll come with you" Wesley states and Tim sighs in relief.

"You come." Tim says and Wesley raises an brow.
"Lucy doesn't know? God Tim not again!!" Wesley snaps and Tim flinches back and sighs
"I'm telling her..don't worry about it, I've already had an earful from your wife. I just don't want Lucy there after everything." Tim says and Wesley nods in understanding.

"Daddy! I! Want! Food!!" Jack shouts and hits the car window, Wesley chuckles
"I've got to go. I'll pay for the flights Tim, I'll call you tomorrow" Wesley says getting into the drivers seat of his car.
"Thanks man" Tim says and waves to him and Jack and walks back over to his truck and gets in to find Lucy and arlo and Avalynn sing songs.

Tim laughs at the scene around him and he admires his little family.
Lucy stops the music when Tim starts to drive "what was that about?" She asks and Tim chuckles
"His wife" he lies and Lucy laughs in reply
"What do you guys want for food?" Tim asks.

"I am craving loaded fries" Lucy states and Tim chuckles "looks like we are getting take out then" he replies as drives to collect food.
