the ultimatum

Tim got up and realised he has no food in, he was starving..he threw on some clothes and walked to the restaurant around the corner to grab a take out breakfast.

he was also planning on grabbing a coffee from his favourite coffee place which was just across the street until he saw someone's car he recognised, he immediately turned his head and speeded into the restaurant hoping he wasn't seen..why didn't he just order food to be delivered he thought.

Angela and Lucy went for a coffee before shift.
"So when's the date with Ryan?" Angela asks Lucy. Lucy blushes "tonight"

"Awh chens blushing" Angela smirks as they walk into the coffee shop.
"shut up angela!" Lucy laughs swatting Angela's arm.
"So what you wearing?" Angela asks waiting in the line at the till.

"I don't know yet, maybe just a plain black dress or something I haven't really thought about it." Lucy shrugs
"girl you'll look smoking hot whatever you wear, I hope your date goes well" Angela says happily as they approach the counter to get their coffees.

Just as they were walking towards the door Lucy seen someone who she thought was tim walking into the restaurant across the street. "What.." she whispered
Angela snapped her head to Lucy "what?" She asks

"I think I've just seen Tim.." Lucy says shaking her head.
"Girl you have not, Tim's in a cell in San Francisco until court, there's no way it was him" Angela chuckles so does Lucy
"I think I'm going crazy" she laughs.
"Hey just think about your date tonight, let's get to the station"Angela says jumping into Lucy's car.

Tim sighs in relief when he sees Angela and Lucy pull away from the coffee shop in Lucy's car, he pays for his meal and walks home with his hood up and head down.

When he gets home he eats his take out meal and does an online food order to stock his kitchen up with food and essentials.

He was watching a few game highlight until his phone started callling, he wasn't going to answer it until he saw it was Wesley.
"hey welsey?" Tim answers
"hey Tim, I've spoken to kids social worker and apparently the twins have settled in well, they are happy and avalynn is feeling better." Wesley tells Tim.

"Thanks, I mean it Wesley. I nearly bumped into Angela and Lucy this morning" Tim sighs grabbing the tv remote and pausing the game.
"Tim you have to be careful because I've told Angela that you are on remand in San Francisco." Wesley informs Tim.
"I promise I will be, when is court do you know?" Tim asks

"actually yeah I had a call this morning I forgot to tell you, they have actually jumped your guys case up the list you you are at court next week on Friday." Wesley tells Tim and Tim sighs.
"What time?" He asks
"9AM at the court house here, it makes sense for it to be here as me you and Monica is here and Ashley's there. Plus your bail rules is not to leave mid wilshire" Wesley tells Tim and Tim shuts his eyes tignt
"But Wesley, I'll probably bump into someone" Tim worry's

"You'll be fine," Wesley says
"Okay. If you say so. Thanks for checking on the twins for me" Tim thanks Wesley.
"You're welcome. I'm going to go I have another client to see" Wesley says and hangs up.

Tim still didn't understand how Wesley could help him..like everything he's done and Wesley's giving him a chance.

Ashley was sat drinking a cup of tea in the kitchen when the door bell rang, she was happy because she knew who it was.

"Hey Monica" she answers the door.
Monica smiles and flicks her ginger hair over her shoulder "hey Ashley."

"Okay come in, would you like a drink?" Ashley asks taking them into the kitchen
"Hmm I'll have a coffee if that's okay?" Monica says sitting on a kitchen stool and getting stuff out of her bag.

"Yup not a problem" Ashley says happily making Monica a coffee and hands her it.
Ashley takes a seat next to Monica.

"Okay. What's happened" Monica asks
"I told you on the phone but, Tim's blaming me of abusing him and the kids even though he's been abusing us ever since he came..he makes me so upset and makes me want to die some days." Ashley says putting on a show.

"Okay.." Monica says writing stuff down
"yeah and he's manipulated the twins to blame me, he's made me look like a bad person.." Ashley says sobbing
"I'm so sorry Ashley." Monica says rubbing her shoulder
"yeah.." Ashley nods

"okay, well I'm happy do help you especially that Wesley is Tim's lawyer" she smiles and Ashley nods.

"okay what can you tell me aboht tim?" She asks
"Tim grew up with an abusive father, he's following his footsteps- that is how he was brought up..to hurt everyone" Ashley says.
Monica smirks and writes stuff down.

"He also is a very aggressive person..you can even check the police officers body cameras from the hospital- he was being aggressive..if he wasn't in cuffs he would probably went for me and tried to kill me like he tried to kill our daughter" Ashley says and Monica nods writing stuff down.

They talk for a bit building a case against Tim even though he didn't even do anything and Monica leaves.

Ashley was happy she is sending Tim to prison, she's ruined Tim's and Lucy's life.

Aaron and lucy were on patrol "I think I'm going like crazy" Lucy sighs.

"How come?" Aaron asks flexing his hands o the steering wheel.
"I could have swore I seen Tim this morning..but Angela says that Tim's in San Francisco in a cell" Lucy explains.

"It could of been Jake" Aaron chuckles
"I'm being serious Aaron, and plus Jake's dead remember and you found his body?!" Lucy snaps and Aaron's eyes open wide.
"Shit I forgot" he says
"Yeah." Lucy nods
"Look it was probably someone who looks like him, don't let it get to you okay? But if it was him which I really don't think it was If it was though I will actually kill him and I swear to that" Aaron says seriously and Lucy smiles at Aaron.

They finish their shift and clock off Lucy wears a basic black floral dress with curly hair and a light makeup, she looked stunning.
She send Angela a photo of what she was wearing and Angela replied with 'oh my gosh if I weren't married... your smoking hot' Lucy smiles are the message, she is so glad she's slowly getting over Tim and she has all the support she needs.

She collects her stuff and drives to the restaurant, it was a few minutes away. It was just a casual restaurant and bar, it wasn't anything special.

She arrived and Ryan was waiting outside, she went over to him
"Hey" she says blushing Ryan smiles
"Hey" and kisses her cheek, they walk inside with their arms linked.

They sat at a table and ordered food and talked about their jobs and their life and random stuff she was generally having so much fun..she thinks she's going to ask Ryan on a second..then third date.

Tim wanted to get some fresh air, and he wanted a drink, he knows everyone will be going to los Torres after work so he decides to just go to the restaurant and bar which was walking distance away from him to grab one whiskey dry and to leave.

He walked there and sat at the bar, there was a lot of couples enjoying a meal with their partners..Tim was sort of jealous..he had that until he fucked up.

He was just about to finish his last sip of his whiskey before he felt a punch to the face..
