Tim ran up to Wesley and gave him a hug
"Wesley thank you so fucking much..honestly I don't deserve anything you have done for me.." he says into Wesley's ear
"your welcome Tim" Wesley replies tapping tim back.

Tim pulls away "I am sorry for everything Wesley..and I'm going to change and prove that I am so sorry" Tim promises
"I can't wait to see that man" Wesley says smiling at Tim and was about to walk away until he says "congrats on the full custody" he says and walks out the room.

Tim approaches mark, Christina and the twins and now Laura, the social worker.
"Hey do you guys mind if you can keep the twins for a day or two so I can get my house sorted?" He asks looking between Christina, Laura, and mark.

Christina and mark look at Laura, she smiles "yeah that's fine, what day is it now..Friday..I'll collect the twins Monday lunch time and take them to yours okay?" Laura says to Tim checking her phone.

"No problem." Tim nods and smiles
"okay we've got to go back now, to catch our flight to go back to San Francisco" mark says and tim nods in understanding
"thank you so much you guys." Tim thanks the twin's temporarily Forster parents.

He then leans down and hugs the twins "daddy will see you in three days okay?" He coos at the twins showing them three fingers.
"We stay with daddy forever..no mommy?" Arlo asks.
"No mommy" Tim shakes his head and both of the twins smile.

They say their goodbyes, Tim was happy his life is starting to get back together..he still had a lot of making up to do.

Tim realises he still doesn't have a car..or a job. He knows that when he resigns from the force he has three years to change his mind and return and he's only been gone for five months..he was about to call Grey but he deserves to see Tim in person.

The court house is walking distance from the station so he walks to the station and braces himself when he walks through the doors and walks up to the lobby desk.

Celina was working desk "Tim what are you doing here?!" Celina snapped looking around.
Tim leaned onto the desk "look I know everyone knows how much I've fucked up..but I'm here to make it all up. Do you know where Sargent grey is?" Tim explains nervously.

"I think he's in his office" Celina answers
"Do you think I can be sent through?" Tim asks.
"You know what..fine, here's a visitors badge just head straight through" Celina says handing him a visitors badge and pressing the button to open the door behind the desks

Tim walks into the doors and it's empty, it's because everyone was on patrol, he was half glad to be honest. He approaches greys office and knocks on the glass, the older man looked up and shock and suprise took over his face. Grey stood up and opened the door for Tim and let him in and gestured for him to sit down.

"where the fuck have you been?" Grey asks straight away.
"I have a lot to explain wade..but first I need to know if there's any chance I can have my job back..I'm sure there's been gossip around the station about me having twins. Well I have gained full custody of them and I have no income coming through..i need a job sir" Tim pleads looking at grey softly, grey takes a deep breath.

"you don't have to dress all formal to ask for your job back" grey chuckles looking at Tim's outfit.
"Oh no I was in court this morning." Tim sighs fidgeting with his hands.
"why..?" Grey asks and Tim explains everything from the start and grey was shocked.

"I am so sorry all this has happened, congrats on getting full custody..but if I do allow you to get your job back Tim you will have a lot of making up to do..Lucy collapsed in this office because of you Tim- so if I do allow you to have your job..don't let me down" grey says softly
Tim sits up straight "all I am planning to do is makeup with everyone sir, my life has been torture, I've nearly been sent to prison for things I haven't done..I've been in court all morning all I want is my life to be good again" Tim promises.

"well Tim I take it you will need these" grey says taking Tim's badge and guns out of his bottom drawer.
"You didn't hand them in?" Tim asks confused.
"No I knew you would be back eventually, your so predictable" grey chuckles and Tim smiles
"Thanks grey." Tim nods.
"I will see you tomorrow then?" Grey asks and Tim sighs.

"Uhh I'll have to readjust my hours, and since I'm not dating Lucy any more I would like to jump out of metro..I need my hours to be okay as I will have the twins. I'll come back to work when I enrol the twins into preschool..thanks so much grey for giving me a second chance" Tim says gratefully.
"just get in contact when you are ready to come back to work, and I'll put words in with pine saying your making the jump out of metro" grey replies and Tim smiles and thanks him.

"But Tim, if you fuck up again you will have me to deal with" grey chuckles and Tim nods and walks out the room more relaxed than he was before.
