Secret is out

Tim and Lucy were wanting to keep their relationship on the low for a few weeks for them to definitely decide if it's right to start again.

Lucy stayed at Tim's place a lot, she's hardly left- the twins and Tim loved her there she brings  a bright happy vibe in their home.

Tim was cutting out any bad news and bad negative things in his life (mostly Ashley) and he was focusing on the good, and making sure him and Lucy last forever..

Tim woke up before his alarm for work, Lucy was cuddled into his side, laying her head on his shirtless chest, he admires her while she sleeps,She didn't open her eyes but she sighs "stop watching me sleep you creep" she chuckles and Tim laughs, he leans down and kisses her head. "Sorry I can't resist, you're so  gorgeous" he says huskily into her ear, Lucy smirks and sits up and kisses him, it got deeper, Tim flips them over where Lucy was on the bottom and started to pull off her pyjamas until Lucy giggles "Tim no, we have work. I have to shower and you have to get the twins ready" she says smacking his shirtless chest.

Tim sighs in defeat and disappointment, "okay." He mumbles and kisses her again quickly and stands up.
"I have an idea. What if I shower with you" he wiggles his eyebrows and Lucy shakes her head and goes into the bathroom, and Tim doesn't waste time to jump and follow her.

They get out and get dressed for work, Lucy was still on desk as she doesn't get her cast off until the end of the week, she was so ready to get back on the streets, being on front desk is draining and boring.

Lucy makes them all pancakes, and Tim washes and dresses the twins for preschool. They were both so happy that Tim and Lucy were 'special friends' both Tim and Lucy made them swear not to tell anyone that just yet.

"Say bye to lucy" Tim tells the twins softly as they leave the house, Tim and Lucy arrive to work separately so no one suspects anything.
The twins run over to Lucy's legs and hugs them "bye bye miss lucy" they both say excitedly, Lucy sighs softly and leans down In front of them.

"see you guys tonight okay? Be good" she says and hugs them again and she stands back up and walks towards her car, Tim pulls her into a kiss "see you at work Chen" Tim replies and Lucy smiles and kisses him again and pulls out his drive way.

Tim gets the twins seated into his truck and he takes them to preschool, he then heads to the station. He gets out the truck, clocks in and changes into his patrol uniform.

He goes into the break room where Angela and Lucy was talking.
"Hey guys" Tim says happily, Angela frowns to her self, Tim's been really happy ever since the twins birthday..and she wants to know what is making him happy..no who is making him happy.

"Hey Tim" Lucy says softly making her coffee, Angela smirks between the two but covers it by sipping her coffee.
"Hi, what did you two do last night?" Angela asks acting casual.
"I went to the gym, went shopping then I grabbed takeout and watched house wives" Lucy says sipping her coffee. Tim's mind goes back to when John asked them the same question all them years ago. But this time he knows not to say nothing.

"I just had a movie night with the twins" Tim says pouring his coffee and Angela nodded.
"That sounds nice, I had to do some OT on a case." She rolls her eyes and Lucy and Tim chuckles
"That sounds dreadful" Tim comments and Angela agrees.

"I've got to head and collect some files from another detective, I shall see you guys at lunch?" Angela asks and they both nod
"Totally. Meet at the food trucks" Lucy says and Angela walks out the room.
They both sigh in relief "atleast this time you didn't say nothing" Lucy chuckles and Tim shrugs
"Nolan bought it still" Tim says recalling the interacting off years ago.
