Tim watches Aaron leave and he rolls his eyes and finishes changing. He grabs his phone and heads straight to his office and selects Ashley's name contact and puts the phone to his ear, she answers after a few rings.

"hey, is everything okay- I'm trying to get the kids sorted for preschool"She answers.
"yeah. You said you had a spare room right?" He asks rubbing his hand over his face.
"I did in deed..so you coming up?" Ashley asks getting excited.
"I am..I'll explain when I see you in person. I'll be about 6 hours "Tim says hanging up and going on his computer to print out some resignation papers.

he collects the papers from his printer and starts filling them out, he really doesn't want it to be this way but he can't face Lucy or tell her..and he can't abandon his kids.

He finishes signing them and he stands up and grabs a bag and collects all his belongings from his office. He then walks out his office and sees everyone in roll call. He quickly goes to greys office and places his resignation letter on greys desk for him to read soon with his badge and guns.

He runs back into the locker room and empties his locker and changes back into his civvies and leaves all his uniform in his locker, he signs himself out runs to his truck.

His drives to Lucy's place first and grabs a few bags and boxes and packs all his stuff, writes a quick note saying 'I'm sorry Lucy' and posts the key back into the letter box.

He packs his truck up and heads to his house that he was meant to sell ages ago but he didn't get to it, he packs up the rest of his stuff in there and then her heads on the road to live with his kids..good bye mid Wilshire.

"dismissed!" Grey calls to everyone after roll call, and heads straight to his office.

He sees two guns, a letter, and a badge..well this doesn't look good..he sighs and picks up the letter and reads it..What the actual fuck grey thought, he tried to call Tim a few times and Tim kept cancelling the calls.

Grey threw his phone on his desk in frustration "for fucks sake Tim what have you done" he growls.

He then runs to Tim's office and sees it's been emptied, he then checked his locker which was also empty just filled with uniform.

He stormed out of the room and he bumped into Angela and Lucy.
"Which sir what's wrong?" Angela asks looking at Greys expression, he looks straight at Lucy.
"why the fuck has Tim put his resignation letter badge and gun on my desk!! Why the fuck is his office and locker empty!!" He snaps.

Lucy stands back in shock, she glances at Angela and Angela had the same expression.
Lucy digs her phone from out her pocket and tries to call Tim, he cancelled every single one of her calls.

"Sir I've got to go home" Lucy panics worried
"Of course go go!!" Grey says and lucy runs off
"I'll go with her" Angela says and follows her.

Angela runs to catch up with Lucy "Lucy wait!" Angela shouts, Lucy slows down and Angela catches up.
"I'm coming with you" Angela says and Lucy doesn't say anything she just rushes to her car.

They get in and drive to Lucy's with out speaking a word, she gets out and Angela follows and Lucy unlocks the door and sees the key straight away.

"fuck fuck fuck fuck!!" Lucy whispers in a panic her eyes crippled with tears, she then runs in the house and goes straight to their room and sees all his belongings just gone.

Angela finds the note on the counter and sighs in disappointment, she didn't ever think Tim was a horrible person. He is on the same level as Isabelle..Angela seen how much Isabelle hurt Tim..now he's hurt Lucy.

She picks up the note and goes into what was Tim's and Lucy's shared room and sees Lucy sobbing on the bed "he's gone, he's left me..why why!!" She sobs Angela sat next to her and places the note in her hand and hugs Lucy while she cries.

"Lucy I know why he's left" Angela sighs pushing Lucy up to look at her.
