Later that day Angela collected Lucy from her apartment, they walked to Angela's car "I've had Wesley set up the spare room for you coming" she says starting the car.

"thanks..seriously" Lucy smiles
"look I'm sorry about Tim..honestly I've been his best friend for what a decade and I've never of thought he would of done something like this.." Angela says softly, Lucy's eyes creeped with tears and she turned to look out the window.. "I don't even know who Tim is anymore Angela..and that hurts so much" she says sadly and Angela felt terrible..she wants to fucking kill Tim.

"Yeah I don't know who he is either." Angela agrees.
They got to Angela's and Wesley gave Lucy a hug telling her how sorry he was about Tim's actions. They messed on with Jack and had a few drinks and had food.

Jack asked Lucy to put him to bed so Lucy agreed "night night Jack" Lucy says tucking him him
"Where's uncle Timmy?" Jack asks with his big brown eyes wide and innocent.
Lucy takes a deep breath..her eyes filled with tears again..
"He is on holiday" Lucy lies, she doesn't want Jack to have a bad opinion on Tim..why the fuck is she covering for tim.
"Why didn't you go with him auntie Lucy?" He asks curiously
"Because auntie Lucy wanted to see you of course" Lucy smiles trying to keep the tears in.
"night auntie Lucy, I love you" Jack says and turns over to go to sleep, Lucy gives him a kiss on the head and walks out the room and shuts the door..as soon as the door shut she covered her mouth and started sobbing..she fucking needs Tim.

She goes into the bathroom and washes her face before heading back down to Wesley and Angela.

Ashley grabbed the kids from school and they had food and played with the twins..well Tim played with the twins Ashley was too busy talking to one of her girl friends on the phone..she had been on the phone for an hour atleast.
Tim sighs and puts the toy car down and turns to the twins "does mommy always do this?" He asks and the twins look at him confused so Tim expands

"Talk on the phone for hours..and not look after you?" He asks the twins glance at eachother and nod slowly.
"Okay.."he nods and carrys on playing with them.

He takes them to bed after he baths them-he noticed more bruises...and Ashley was still on the phone laughing with a bottle of vodka..Tim walks into the room and sighs and pinched the bridge of his nose..

He approached her and snatched the bottle of vodka out of her hand and poured it down the sink. Ashley glared at him and hung up from her friend.
"Why the fuck did you do that for?!" She snapped
"Because you're drinking it straight from the bottle, it's strong- you're drunk..I had to get the kids bathed and sorted for bed Ashley!!!" Tim snapped
"well who's been doing that for the past three years me!! So I should be allowed a break!!" She snaps back

"well you should of fucking told me about them. Ashley they've said this is a frequent occurrence of you drinking and always on the phone" Tim snaps
"They are lying Tim, they are just saying that. I wouldn't dare" Ashley snaps and tim raises his eye brow at her
"I may of once..but babe I bet you've drank before" Ashley softens
"yes I fucking drank last night and slept with you." He snapped

"o thought you said it wasn't an mistake?" Ashley asked
Tim shut his eyes tight "I'm not sure..if you keep doing this ash.." Tim trails off
"Look I'm sorry baby..I'll stop I promise- " she walks over and wraps her arms around Tim's neck and kisses him, Tim places his hands around her waist "I forgive you." He says and kisses her lips again.

2month skip.
Lucy had a few days off work before returning, she thought she was doing well so she decided to go home move out of Angela's

She headed to work and everyone was giving her pitty, she was sick of it..the word finally went around the station about Tim's actions.

Her mental health deteriorated, she wasn't eating or drinking or showering- Angela noticed and tried to talk to Lucy but Lucy shut the conversation off..she pushed everyone away and kept to her self.

Lucy was so much slimmer and looked exhausted..and it had been 2 months since Tim left..she was meant to be planning their wedding not wanting Tim to come home..

Lucy went into the station one day and she was called into greys office
"You called me sir" she said weakly.
"Yes I did...take a seat" he says softly Lucy takes a seat and waits for grey to carry on.

"I'm putting you on leave" grey says sadly
"Why." Lucy snaps slamming her hands on the desk.
"I have concerns over your mental health Lucy.." grey sighs..
"you don't need to be concerned about me" Lucy stands up and attempts to walk away but she went light headed and passed out.

"LUCY!!"grey panics and runs around to the other side of his desk and tries to wake her
"SOMEONE CALL AN AMBULANCE" he shouts to the officers walking past, one of them happened to be aaron
"SHIT LUCY, GREY WHAT HAPPENED" aaron asks kneeling next to Lucy

"Sh-she just collapsed- call an ambulance" grey repeats.
Aaron calls and ambulance and it comes and collects Lucy, she got rushed to hospital- aaron got in the ambulance with her and held her hand all the way there doing Tim's job.

They arrive at the hospital and Lucy got sent straight into a trauma room to get tests and checked over..

Tim got a job at the local mall as a security officer, he really didn't enjoy the job, he misses being a police officer.

Ashley was hitting the kids more and more frequently..Tim still didn't really know..he witnessed her shouting at them, but she hits them when he's not around..
Ashley and Tim had been together for two months a now..

One day Tim was in the garden with the twins playing football and Ashley was making a salad in the kitchen..of course a salad..

She was cutting up a cucumber until she heard a phone ring, it wasn't her phone it was Tim's and it was an unknown number so she answered it.

"Hello? Is this Tim Bradford- emergency contact for Lucy Chen..?" The doctor says on the phone, Ashley's eyes widen..
