It was lunch and Angela and Lucy decided to go for lunch at the food trucks.
"sooooo how did Timothy act with the news?" Angela asks tucking into her taco.
"He was over the moon" Lucy says recalling back to the day before.
"I'm glad. He's a great dad, he's great with the twins." Angela replies and Lucy smiles brighter

"There's more news isn't there?" Angela asks squinting at Lucy.
"We are engaged..well engaged again" Lucy says excitedly and Angela's jaw dropped.
"Congrats girl!!" She claps and drags Lucy in for a hug.
"so let's see this ring" Angela asks looking at Lucy's hands, Lucy sighs.
"he didn't propose traditionally like he did last time ,it was just a time in the moment kinda thing" Lucy tells Angela.
"He better get you a ring because you deserve it. So when's the wedding?" Angela asks and Lucy shrugs.
"I want to marry before I give birth, it doesn't have to be nothing big, it also depends what Tim wants" Lucy says and Angela smiles.

"Course it's going to be big. I don't care what you say Lucy I'm going to be your maid of honor and I am going to plan this wedding. And who cares what Tim wants, Tim impregnated you. He is making you carry a human for nine months, so one day of them nine months is going to be a special day for you" Angela snaps and Lucy laughs
"Love you Angela" she replies and Angela smirks.
"Doesn't everyone. I'm one of a kind" she says and Lucy laughs.
"You really are" Lucy chuckles eating her food.
"So where's your fiancé as yours" Angela asks sipping her soda.
"On patrol where I should be. But grey and Tim are tag teaming to get me on desk" Lucy mumbles and Angela chuckles.

"You're probably over reacting Lucy, they are just looking out for you and the baby" Angela shrugs and Lucy drops her food back on her tray and glares at Angela.
"Me over reacting?! God you've got to be kidding me, you may as well tag team with them" She snaps standing off and storming off, Angela watches her storm off. Gosh was I really like that when I was pregnant with Jack? Angela thought and smirked to her self.

Lucy was out of sight, she was probably heading back to front desk. Angela was about to head off too until Tim pulled up and got out the shop, he was working solo as he arrived to work late.
"Where's Lucy?" Tim asks walking over to the table Angela was sitting back at.
"stormed off because I said she was over reacting" Angela shrugged and Tim sighs.

"What's happened?" He asked taking a seat.
"She says that you and grey are tag teaming to get her to stay on desk" Angela chuckles and Tim pinches the bridge of his nose.
"She was fine with working on desk until grey told her too! She told me she was until grey said something?!" Tim replies utterly confused.
"Hormones Tim. Anyway congrats on the engagement" Angela says now pulling Tim into a hug.

"Thanks." He replies and sits back down, Angela sensed something was wrong.
"Something on your mind?" She asks and Tim shrugs
"The kids asked Lucy for permission to call her mom this morning.." Tim says and Angela smiles.
"That's great though! Lucy's been more of mom than Ashley has"

"I know..I know.. but Lucy isn't their real mom..and I don't know" Tim shrugs not really knowing what he was feeling.
"Blood doesn't matter Tim, they are Lucy's kids as much as they are yours" Angela replied.

" I want to make it more official though.." Tim admits.
"Like adoption papers official?" Angela replied, and Tim nods.
"I'm no lawyer or anything but you have to get Ashley's permission." Angela replies and Tim covers his face with his hands.

"I know. Which is why I've booked a visit with her" Tim replies, Angela chokes on her saliva.
