"what..?"she asks dangerously low
"Tim is back" Wesley repeats.
Angela sighs and stands up and grabs her coat and slides shoes on
"Wait!! Where are you going?!" Wesley says following her.
"To fucking kill him." She says seriously.
"No. Don't. Angela Lucy has already kicked off at him..just leave it- please" Wesley pleads.
Angela shuts her eyes for a split second to think..she sighs and goes back into the house "he's not getting away with this" Angela grumbles.
"look you have to understand Tim is on bail, he can't get into any trouble or it'll compromise the case" Wesley says following his wife.
"You lied to me." Angela states.
"I did, Tim told me too..and I don't want the case to be compromised." Wesley explains and Angela processes Wesley's reply and nods.
"Are you mad?" Wesley asks shyly.
"Yeah I am, but not at you at him. Look I'm going to leave it for tonight- I'm going to call Lucy see if she's okay. Thanks for coming clean" Angela says pulling her phone out and calling Lucy.
Lucy was sat on the sofa still furious and upset at Tim, her phone started ringing- she
Saw the contact was Angela.
"You lied to me" Lucy states
"No, I didn't. I didn't know he was here- Wesley lied for him to protect him" Angela sighs
"He doesn't deserve to be protected he deserves to fucking rott in a cell or in hell" Lucy snaps.
"Wesley is protecting him for the kids okay? I heard you gave him a blow in the face, good on you girl" Angela praises Lucy.
"If we weren't in a public bar he would have been in the hospital right now" Lucy states angrily.
"I'm sorry that you bumped into him today and that he ruined your date" Angela says sympathetically.
"It's okay. Ryan said he will rearrange for another time" Lucy sighs.
"I am proud of you Lucy" Angela says softly and that is all Lucy needed to hear.
"Thanks Angela." Lucy smiles.
"anytime" she replies
"Look I'm going to go to bed now, I'll see you on shift tomorrow yeah?" Lucy says
"See you tomorrow, Lucy don't let that asshole ruin you again okay, he's not worth your life and time, goodnight" Angela says and Lucy hangs up.

The next day Lucy headed to work still angry about the night before.
She went on patrol with Aaron but didn't mention anything to him just yet because she knows Aaron will absolutely kill Tim.
They arrested a few people and it hit lunch, him Angela and Lucy agreed to all go to the food trucks for lunch.
They were sat down eating tacos and fries
"So Lucy how did your date with Ryan go ?" Aaron asks raising his eyebrows
Lucy laughed "fucking brilliant" she says sarcastically.
"what happened?" He asks picking up on her sarcasm
"hmm I don't know ask Tim?" Lucy says without asking, straight away she was in instant regret.. Angela and Lucy watched rage fill Aaron.
"Tim's back?" He asks angrily
And Lucy and Angela didn't answer so he took that as a yes. He got up and started storming towards the shop.
"Aaron wait no!" Lucy snaps following him and Angela following.
They were too late, he was already pulling away.
"Damnit!!" Lucy snaps stamping her foot off the floor.
"Come on get into my shop" Angela says running toward her shop and getting in, Lucy gets inside the passenger side and they follow Aaron.
Aaron pulls up infront of Tim's and he sees the lights on, Aaron immediately runs to his door and starts pounding on it.
Tim was sat watching a movie until he jumped in shock when he heard loud bangs on the door. Tim ignored them until he heard "Tim fucking answer the door or I'll fucking knock it down!" Aaron snaps.
Tim jumps up and walks towards the door, Tim was unemployed so he didn't have money coming in.. so he didn't really want to pay for a new door..as much as he still had every penny from selling his dads house he doesn't know when he would be able to get a job so he's trying to spend the least money he could.
"what?!" Tim snaps pulling the door open.
Aaron immediately launches for Tim and punches him, it was unexpected for Tim so he fell back onto the floor.
"What the fuck thorsen" Tim snaps trying to punch back but Aaron had over taken him.
Angela and Lucy pulled up and they immediately ran in and pulled Aaron off Tim
"Aaron get off" Angela snapped pulling him off.
Both Lucy and Angela had one of each of Aaron's arms, Aaron was trying to fight their grip. " Aaron he's not worth your job or your time, he's not worth it in general" Lucy says to Aaron then gives Tim a dirty look, Tim pulled him self off the door and stared at the three before him.
"Look- let me explain please" Tim pleads and Lucy shakes her head
"Come on Aaron" Lucy says pulling him to the shop away from Tim.
"Tim what the actual fuck" Angela says standing in his doorway.
"I know! Look Angela! I fucking know I've fucked up okay?! I get it!! Every fucking person has told me! And at this moment in time I want to stay away from trouble so I don't compromise the case so I can get proven innocent so I can get full custody of my babies. So please. You are all telling me to leave you all alone- I am. Why don't yous all leave me alone. " Tim says and slams the door and leans against it and slides down to the floor..he regrets everything he has done in the past 4/5 months.
Lucy, angela and Aaron was now sat in the shop
"Aaron what the fuck?" Lucy sighs
"Lucy I swore to you that I was going to kill that man. He's Lucky you two pulled up" Aaron says shaking from how angry he was.
"Aaron he isn't worth it okay?" Lucy says
"I should be telling you that" Aaron chuckles
"I know but I know he isn't worth it..I had it out with him last night- I punched him in the face and screamed at him. Now I'm going to leave him behind and I suggest you two doing the same" Lucy says looking between Aaron and Angela.
"Go girl!! You punched him?!" Aaron says clapping and Lucy smirked and nodded.
"she's a bad ass" Angela chuckles looking at Aaron
"She really is" Aaron agrees.
"Argh guys stop it" Lucy smiles
" get back out on the streets guys" Angela says telling them to get out her shop and into theirs.
They went back to work once Aaron cooled off.
Tim was black and blue, he knows he deserves every single punch he's had and more..at this point he wishes he could just rot in a cell.
Tim hadn't left his house the whole week before court..he heard from Wesley a few times telling him updates on the case.
No one even gave Tim the time of day or even spoke to him..no one but Angela, Lucy, Aaron and Wesley knew Tim was back..Wesley told them all to keep quiet until Tim was done at court. Lucy had been on two dates with Ryan.
It was the morning of court Wesley offered to pick him up, Tim was in his best suit with his face freshly shaved..he looked formal he wanted to make a good impression to the judges.
