Tim and Lucy were eating their breakfast and Lucy noticed Tim was awfully quiet
"hey babe? You okay?" She asked putting a hand on his thigh. Tim took a shaky breath
"I'm good..why don't we do something fun..like go to the movies or take kojo for a hike..or let's even go to the mall" Tim offers trying to change the subject and trying to make plans to keep his mind off tomorrow.

"movies sound fun" Lucy smiles as she collects both hers and Tim's dishes to bring to the sink.
"Movies it is" Tim smiles brightly and sighing in relief.

They got ready and went to the movies, they watched mean girls because Lucy was dying to see it, they grabbed popcorn and nachos and sat down in the theatre and watched the big screen slightly hugging into eachother.

The movie finished and they were walking out of the theatre "that was shit" Tim chuckles as they walked to his truck hand in hand.
"no it wasn't!!!" Lucy smacks his shoulder.
"yes it was!!!" Tim snapped back and laughed more.
"well i enjoyed it" Lucy smirked as she jumped into the passenger side of his truck.
"I'm glad you did. Uhh Luce i have to grab something from the station then we can head out for food yeah?" Tim asks and Lucy nods.

They made small talk in the truck all the way to the station "I'll be one minute " Tim says parking just out side the station and running in and leaving Lucy in the passenger seat.

He ran straight to the labs and evidence room and approached an officer.
"hey officer robins" Tim greeted
"hey Sargent, what can I do for you?" She asked cheerfully.
"I need two paternity tests if that's alright robins" Tim asks with the same amount of energy.
"Of course" she turns to grab them and she returns "are they for you or a suspect" she asks curiously.
"for me..noo..definitely not haha, they are for a case- we need evidence on something" Tim stutters back panicky.
"Okay Sargent, have a nice day" officer robins smiles happily handing Tim two boxes .
"You too robins" he says and speeds off..where was he meant to put two white boxes..he sighs and tucks them into tbe waist band at the back of his jeans and then covers his shirt over them.

he speeds back to his truck and gets inside the drivers seat "you got what you need?" Lucy asks looking at Tim.
"Uhh yeah..I had to take something into my office..no big deal- anyway let's go home grab kojo then go for a walk to the park and grab food from the food trucks" Tim says pulling away from the station.
"okay." Lucy smiles and nods

They went home and Lucy secured kojo in his leash and Tim stuffs the two paternity tests in his works bag for now, him and Lucy headed out for food at the food trucks with kojo. As they were eating Tim got a message from Ashley

' address for coffee shop is 315 linden street, message me when your close so I can set off with the kids. Can't wait to see you x'
Tim read the message and didn't reply, instead he just liked the message and carried on talking to Lucy enjoying their food.

Tim was getting more and more nervous for the meeting with Ashley the next day,  Ashley sending Tim the address made it more real..?

Tim and Lucy headed home, they showered and cuddled in bed, eventually falling asleep.
