Wesley pulls up infront of Tim's house and messages him "outside now"
Tim comes out super nervous..he is terrified since Monica is Ashley's lawyer the case will be unfair.

He gets in the car and he felt nauseous he was that nervous. "Itll be fine Tim stop stressing" Wesley says pulling away from Tim's house.
"What if it's not?! I can get sent down for up to 14 years if Ashley plays dirty and the judges fall for it" Tim snaps
"Tim her story doesn't even match yours so chill" Wesley sighs.

They were driving for abit..Tim was getting more nervous and nauseous.
"Pull over" Tim says with a shakey breath holding the door handle
"What?" Wesley says.
"Pull over or I'll throw up all over your car" Tim repeats and Wesley sighs and pulls off the road.

Tim get out and throws up all his breakfast on the ground before him.
Wesley came over with a bottle of water and a tissue "here" he says
Tim nods and thanks him and wipes his mouth and drinks water.

"You good? I can ask them to move the court for another day?" Wesley says and Tim shakes his head.
"I'm fine"

"Okay but tell me if you need me to pull over again" Wesley says getting back into his car, Tim following.

Tim was fine the rest of the way there, they arrived and sat in the waiting bit for their turn in court.

Ashley and Monica walked past them and they both smirked Tim was about to stand up until Wesley grabbed his arm "they aren't worth it" Tim sighs and nods, Tim has a meeting with a court advocate and he goes back to the waiting room.

Ashley and Monica walked out of the waiting area and suddenly Tim heard two little voices
"Daddy!!"the twins shouted, Tim's eyes lightened up he ran over to the twins and went on his knees and hugged the twins, Tim's eyes started watering up- he kisses their heads and hugs them tighter.

He looks up at mark and Christina
"what are they done here, not that I dont want to see them but why?" He asks them
They both smiled "because they want to give their daddy some support- they are good kids. And also we were called in to help the twins give statements if they were needed" mark answers and Tim nods.

Then suddenly Tim's name was shouted "case of Tim Bradford and Ashley McGrady?" Tim sighs and hugs the twins one more time "bye kiddos" Tim gets up and follows Wesley.

"You're a good dad Tim." He admits Tim smiles.

They get inside the court and since Tim was the one in cuffs he has to stand on the stand next to the judge. Wesley was next to him.

Ashley and Monica came in and sat at the prosecutor tables as they are trying to prosecute Tim.

The judge claps "okay everyone take a seat, we are here as Timothy Bradford has accusations against him of child and domestic abuse" the judge starts.

Wesley stands up "your honour may i disagree on this, Tim Bradford would never hurt anyone..he is a Sargent at mid wilshire-" Wesley starts and Monica cuts in
"Ex Sargent" she shouts.

Wesley glares at Monica and carries on"he resigned from the force to meet and live with his children- avalynn Elizabeth Bradford and arlo James Bradford. Where he found out Ashley McGrady their mother had been abusing them." Wesley explains.

Monica stands up "why would Ashley abuse her kids? Tim was abused as he was growing up and maybe he picked up on his father's habits. Father like son right?" She says

Tim stands up furiously "don't you fucking dare-" he starts and Wesley glares at him and shakes his head
"Sorry your honour." Tim says sitting back down.
