Hello, guys! It's been a while since binuksan ko itong I'm in Love with Mister Kimchi, around four years na. In that period of time, I bleed whenever I open this story.
This novel was once my favorite story, and it was made out of love. It's no secret- I mean, to my old readers- na this novel was inspired by a real couple, me and this person named Luke.
Ever since na naghiwalay kami, I bleed whenever I visit this novel or everytime na naikwekwento ko siya sa iba. For four years, I was haunted and tortured by this lost love.
I won't get into details how we met, and how we broke up. It doesn't matter anymore.
To be honest, dumating din ako sa sa puntong gusto ko nang i-unpublish itong nobelang ito at burahin na ang lahat ng mga bagay na makapagpapapa-alala sa akin tungkol sa kanya. And I did pero heto tayo binalik ulit sa wattpad.
Back then, I was so excited knowing na maraming nagbabasa nito. Umabot pa nga sa million reads.
But that's not the case now.
Last night, I was contemplating regarding this novel. So, I decided to revamp this. Same characters, same plot... different writing style. Cause you know, we grow.
but not now... sooon. Busy pa ako sa ibang ganap sa buhay.
I was bitter indeed and I have a lot of takeaways from that lost love that most people won't understand. Like I still believe in the existence of true love, but I also do believe that it's not mean for everyone.
Does it still hurt? Absolutely.
So, why am I doing this? Masokista ako, eh!
Nah. I would just like to believe that in a parallel universe, may Xean at may Luke na nagkatuluyan... na kinaya nilang pagtagumpayan ang ano mang balakid na binato sa kanila ng tadhana.
Pero sa ngayon, sa lifetime na 'to. Wala akong ibang magagawa kundi ang umasang bawat isa sa amin ay nasa mas mabuti... mas masayang lugar. Wala man sa piling ng isa't-isa. May pagmamahal din sa pagpapalaya at sa paglimot ng nakaraan.
Ang 'I'm in Love with Mister Kimchi' ay mananatiling isang magandang ala-ala naming dalawa.
