SKYLAR’S POV
Niall walked up the stairs with my dad, “Hey, did you guys get along alright?” He nodded then fist bumped my dad. What happened down there?
“Your dad and I are going to be best buds, I can tell.” Then he hugged me. I looked up at my dad and he winked at me, so I smiled. Whatever happened, I think I’m going to like it.
“Niall is a great guy, and you should be thankful that you two met.” My dad walked over and hugged me, then kissed my forehead and walked upstairs.
“So are you girls ready to go?” Zayn asked, looking around at our group of amazing friends.
“Well, I kind of wanted to shower first and change into nicer clothes.” I said, the girls agreeing with me.
“Alright, well we have to get to sound check anyway. We’ll have the bus come pick you guys up at 5?” Louis said, checking his watch, “that gives you guys 2 hours. Is that enough time?” We all nodded in agreement, then the boys left with Blakely, Layla, and Amelia. They were all dropped off at their homes to shower and change.
After they left, I went upstairs and had my mom help me into the shower so I could get done in time. “Thanks Mom, and you’re sure you guys will be alright with the twins?” I asked, just making sure. My mom said that they were okay with everything and that I should just go and have fun. Right as I shut my door to wait outside, I heard the bus honk.
“Have fun Skye! I love you!” My parents yelled out as I kissed them both on the cheek. I walked outside and saw the massive One Direction tour bus parked at the top of my driveway. Then a big muscled guy came out and helped me up the stairs and into the bus. I thanked him as he sat me down on the couch.
“Hey Skye!” I looked up and saw my three best friends sitting on the other couches.
“Hey guys! I’m so excited for tonight.” I exclaimed. They all agreed and then I felt my phone buzzing.
“hey skye, cnt wait 4 latr, c u soon.xx” It was from Niall. Then the rest of the girls had gotten texts from their favorite member.
“Hey Blake, ready for some fun tonight?- Z”
“hi babe, see you backstage -haz”
“youre in for a surprise tonight! -lou”
“Awe they’re so cute, all texting us at the same time.” Amelia said, we all laughed.
“I wonder what Louis means by ‘you’re in for a surprise tonight.’” Layla asked, nobody knew what he could’ve meant.
“I don’t know, but I guess we’ll all find out later!” Blakely stated. Just then, the bus pulled up to the arena, and we all got off the bus. There were loads of paparazzi, so we all hid our faces, but I’m sure they managed to get at least one of us.
“Whoa, first time being papped. Cool!” Layla said, causing us to laugh.
“No! Remember at Red Mango?” I said, being papped is weird. We walked inside and were greeted by the band.
“Hey girls! Nice to see you all again!” Liam said, bringing us all into a group hug. He was about to walk away, but turned back and said, “Hope you’re ready for tonight‘s surprise!”
