Jim and Sean arrived at the Swift residence, ready to pick up the crew and be on their way.

"So, has everyone decided where we will be going?" Jim asked.

"I'd like to go to New Orleans." Karlie said.

"I would love to go to the Grand Canyon." Andrea replied.

"I want to see Mount Rushmore." Taylor said.

Jim looked over at Austin. "How about you buddy? Where do you want to go?"

"Colorado. I want to see the Rocky Mountains."

"And you, Mr. Swift?"

"I would love to pick up cheese in Wisconsin."

"Oh and Jim, we have to go to our house in St. Louis." Karlie chimed in.

"So, let me get this straight, we're going to Louisiana, Arizona, South Dakota, Colorado, Wisconsin and Missouri? Is that it?" Jim asked.

"Yeah, that sounds about right." Scott said.

After calculating the distance, Jim informed everyone that they would be traveling from Nashville to New Orleans, then St. Louis, up to Wisconsin and then over to South Dakota to see Mt. Rushmore and then the good 'ol Rocky Mountains of Colorado. From there they would hit the Grand Canyon in Arizona and then final stop is Los Angeles.

To give them an idea of how long the trip would take, Jim explained that if they drove to each place without staying for any specific length of time, it would take roughly 66 hours, or almost three days.

Within the hour, all the luggage was loaded and everyone took a seat and was ready to go.

"This RV is incredible." Andrea said.

"It is pretty awesome mom. There's even a grill and a tv underneath it for when we go camping." Taylor replied.

Karlie began to laugh at her wife. "You and that grill and tv. I swear this is the most expensive grill and tv anyone has ever bought."

Taylor walked over to Karlie, who was sitting on one of the recliner chairs and sat on her lap. The singer wrapped an arm around her wife's neck as she said, "You bought it because you love me, admit it."

The model just smiled as she looked at her. "You're so spoiled babe. You have me wrapped around your finger."

"And in four months, you'll have another person wrapped around all of your other fingers." Taylor said as she kissed her cheek.

"I think she already is." Karlie placed her hand on Taylor's stomach and began to talk to her daughter. "Hi bean, I love you."

"There she goes again. I swear this kid is gonna come running out and straight into your arms when I give birth."

Andrea sat at the table that was in the kitchen area and pulled out a puzzle. "Would you ladies like to build a puzzle with me?"

"Yeah, mom. We'll be right there."

Scott and Austin carried on a conversation with Jim and Sean in the front, as Taylor and Karlie went to sit with Andrea.

"Babe, I'm gonna give Lily a quick call. She's been texting me like crazy. I'll be back."

Karlie went into the master bedroom and laid on the bed as she called her friend.

"Karlie, where the hell were you last night? They told us that you backed out of the show. And then Toni started gloating and saying that you left because of her and the designer fired her. Right there. I couldn't believe it."

"That's pretty funny, Lil. Well, just so you know, me not being there had nothing to do with Toni. We got some upsetting news in the family and I'm taking some time off. Me being with my wife right now, is my priority. Everything else just doesn't matter."

"Kar, is everything alright?"

"Not really. Andrea was diagnosed with cancer and was only given 8-9 months to live back in December. Austin and Taylor just found out and so, we're doing a family road trip from Nashville to LA and making stops along the way of places everyone has wanted to go but never has. It's her way of wanting to make memories for all of us to have when she passes on."

"Oh my God Karlie. I'm so sorry to hear that. How's Taylor?"

"She's a wreck. It hasn't been easy but she's getting a little better with each passing day. I mean, as better as she can get, ya know? It's just crazy. No one saw this coming. Andrea has to be the sweetest person, so to have this happen is just surreal. My kid won't even have that chance to know her. That's all she's been looking forward to since she found out we were having a baby. It's just devastating."

"And how are YOU?" Lily asked. "And you know what I mean. I'm sure you're trying to be that rock for Taylor, but who's the rock for you?"

"I don't worry about me Lil. I mean, like I said, it's devastating but it's even more devastating to my wife. Ya know, when my dad died, it was so unexpected because it was an accident he was involved in. One minute he was here and the next he was gone. I didn't have the opportunity to say goodbye to him. Not that it makes it better, but at least both Taylor and Austin have that opportunity to say goodbye and they get to experience her. I'm just worried when her health really begins to deteriorate. It'll be close to when the baby will be born. That's when my wife will really become unglued. I'm dreading it."

"Well, stay strong Kar and if there's anything I can do, just let me know. What do you want me to tell people if they ask where you are?"

"Right now, you're the only one that knows about this. I haven't even told my mom or sisters. For now, you can just let them know that I needed to take some time off. You can refer them to me directly. I don't want the news all over the place because as soon as the media finds out, it'll be on the front page of every magazine and my wife doesn't need that right now."

"Ok, Kar. Well tell Taylor I said hello and I'll talk to you soon. Love you."

"Love you too Lil. Bye."

Karlie hung up and just laid on the bed, staring at the ceiling before she called her wife.

"TAYLOR?"

A short time later, Taylor walks in the bedroom. "What's going on Kar? Everything ok?"

"Come here." The model replied.

Taylor shut the door and walked over to the side of the bed.

"What's going on babe?"

Karlie just smiled as she sat up and grabbed her wife, pulling her down on the bed as she wrapped her long arms and legs around her.

The singer just started giggling as she laid in her wife's grip.

"What are you doing Kar?"

"Holding my beautiful wife. Guess what?"

"What?"

Karlie began to smile and she whispered into Taylor's ear, "We're gonna have a baby."

Taylor turned her head towards her wife and kissed her cheek. "Is that why you called me in here?"

"Yup. And to tell you, I love you."

"I love you too Karlie and thank you again for doing this. It means so much to me but it means even more to my mom."

"No need to thank me baby."

Karlie kissed her wife before getting up and grabbing Taylor's hand.

"Come on sexy, let's go build a puzzle."
