The girls spent the remainder of their summer in Rhode Island, but they're now back in NY. Taylor has been on edge all day long, because in the morning, she'll be saying goodbye to her little girl, as she sends her off to her first day of preschool.

"Who's going to school tomorrow?"

"MEEEEE MAMA!"

"Ughhhh, Kar, do you have to keep reminding her? I don't want her to go." Taylor said as she grabbed Mikayla and held her tight.

"Bean, come with me to the kitchen to pick out what snacks you want to take to school. Get your Frozen lunchbox."

"UGHHHHH." Taylor groaned as Mikayla wiggled out of her mother's grasp.

Taylor dramatically threw herself down on the couch as Noah began laughing from his bouncey chair.

Karlie walked over to her wife with a wide shining smile and extended her arms. "Come on babe."

Taylor grabbed her wife's hands as she stood to her feet. The model grabbed her waist and said, "I know you don't want her to go, but she's only gonna be there from 8am to noon.  She's gonna love it babe. She'll be around kids her own age. This is gonna be great for her."

Taylor rested her head against her wife's chest as she said, "When did she grow up? How is she three already? Time is flying by, pretty soon she'll be graduating college and then she'll move out. What if she never comes to visit? What if she decides to be a missionary and move to an impoverished country with no cell phone service?"

"Hahahaha, Tay, let's take one day at a time. Right now let's deal with preschool. We'll handle everything else as it comes."

"MAMA YOU COMING? ME CAN'T GET IT."

"I gotta go beautiful, I'm being summoned by the woman of the house. Are you coming with us?"

"Karrrrr, can't we home school her?"

"No." Karlie replied as she kissed her wife's cheek.

"Well, she's not taking the bus."

"Tay, I told her she could go on the bus like a big girl."

"Well, you better tell her she's not stepping foot on the bus. What? Karlie, stop looking at me like that. I'm not giving in. Why do you think, by kissing my neck, I'll give in? Mmmm....stop. Karrrrrrlie, nooooo. She's n-n...not g-g..going."

Before Taylor fell any further under her wife's spell, she kissed her lips before pushing her away.

"Enough enough, she's not going on the bus Karlie. I'm putting my foot down. We don't know the bus driver, he or she could be a psycho driver for all we know. What if the kids are mean to her? What if a crazy person gets on the bus and takes her? What if?...."

"Taylor, we agreed to give our children the most normal life possible. Sean and Tom are going to be in the SUV behind the bus and they're both staying with her at school. They can't be IN the classroom but they will be right outside the door. She's our big girl babe, she's gonna be fine."

"But Kar, it's New York. Kids might be a little...umm...well...."

"Tough? Strongwilled? Bossy? Outspoken? I'm pretty much describing our daughter. She may have been born in LA but she sure has the heart of a New Yorker and I love that about her. She's going to be fine, stop worrying."

"MAMA, COME HERE."

"Gotta go." Karlie said as she rushed to the kitchen to meet her little one.

Taylor picked up Noah and sat on the couch with him. "Your sister goes to school tomorrow. What are we gonna do without her all day? You don't want her to go do you? One day you're gonna leave me too, huh? You're gonna get married and have a family and only visit us on holidays and maybe our birthdays. Oh my goodness Noah, why is mommy crying?
