"Hooooly shiiiiiiit...what are you doing?"

Taylor peeked out from under the sheet with a seductive smile on her face as she crawled up to her wife's lips and kissed her. "I'm waking you up. Good morning."

"Oh my God, keep waking me up." Karlie replied as her wife disappeared back under the sheet.

A few hours later the two were still laying in bed, tangled up together as they talked about the past week.

"I'm glad you had the idea to talk to Miss Simpson. She's such an awesome woman and she doesn't get tired of us." Karlie said.

"Of course she doesn't. We pay her three times the amount an hour to have her come to us." Taylor replied with a chuckle. "Seriously though, I'm glad she came and spent a week with us. I think she really helped us throughout our relationship. I loved how during our last session, this week, she told us that she has the utmost faith in both of us to make this marriage work because we really have something special and unique that is very rare."

Karlie hugged her wife tight and rolled on top of her as she said, "We do have something very special and unique and what I love is the passion we each have to do everything possible to make us work. We won't give up on one another and even though I always knew that deep down inside, this week only reinforced that feeling that much more. I love everything about you Taylor. We have something that can never be replaced. We're in this together baby. Speaking of baby...there she goes. Someone's hungry. I'll go get her." Karlie planted little kisses on her wife's lips before getting up to go get Mikayla.

"Hi mama's girl lets get you changed."

Karlie returned to the bedroom with Mikayla and placed her in Taylor's arms. She laid back on the bed and watched her little one latch on to Taylor and begin nursing.

"So babe, are we gonna go apple picking today? I wanted to bake some pies later since your dad is coming tomorrow with Austin. I can't believe it's Thanksgiving already. Last year we made the announcement that we were having a baby and now she'll be joining us at the table."

Taylor's eyes began to fill with tears as she looked down at her daughter. "We were supposed to be adding Mikayla's chair to the table this year but instead, she'll be replacing my mom's. I don't know if I want to celebrate Thanksgiving this year Kar. We have to celebrate Christmas because it's Mikayla's first Christmas, but Thanksgiving was always my moms favorite holiday and I just don't think I can do it."

"Ok."

"Ok?" Taylor replied.

"Yeah. We don't have to celebrate it this year. Let's skip it. Infact, why don't we do something different."

"Like what?"

"Your mom was always so passionate about giving back to the less fortunate and she instilled that in you. You've always visited sick kids in the hospital and sent care packages for those who had nothing. I love that that was something your mom was so passionate about. Why don't we do that this year. I'll always be thankful for Andrea because if it wasn't for her, there would be no you. Why don't we hold a Thanksgiving celebration in her honor. We can rent a huge banquet hall and we'll provide the biggest holiday feast with all of your moms favorite foods and we'll invite anyone who doesn't a place to go for the holidays."

"When my dad died, the first year of holidays were the hardest. We didn't celebrate at home. Growing up, every year our church would encourage the congregation to adopt a family. There was a huge Christmas tree in the front of the church with little cards on it and each card would tell a little bit about the family in need. Like how many children were in the family, what their gender was and their ages. Some cards were more personal and might even share a story of the family. Maybe it was a single parent raising a family or maybe the father lost his job and just couldn't provide that particular year. My dad always had us pick a card because he'd tell us that even though we weren't rich, we were blessed."
