They arrived home to find Kimby, Austin, Maddie, Cara and Lily waiting for them. The living room was filled with a massive amount of balloons and giant stuffed animals, courtesy of Cara. Dixie came running over holding a big fluffy bunny with floppy ears.

"Here Kaya, me get you a bunny."

"Look at your bunny and all the pretty balloons, just for you. Can you say thank you to everyone?"

"Tank you. Mommy, down peese. Me pway ok?"

Taylor put her down and removed her jacket, hat, gloves and boots.

"Mikayla no running. I want you to rest. Why don't you sit on the couch with Dixie and you can play with your stuffed animals." Taylor said as Mikayla nodded.

The little one walked over to Dixie with her arm extended to show her the bright green cast she had.

"Boo boo. Me no cry, me big girl."

"That's pwetty Kaya. Mommy, I want one too."

The adults all laughed as Lily said, "How about you just pretend you have a cast."

Mikayla got to the couch but was too afraid to climb up, not wanting her arm to hurt. "Pop pop up peese."

Scott walked over, sitting with the girls as he pulled Mikayla to his lap.

"How are you two doing?" Lily asked Karlie and Taylor.

"Come on, let's go in the kitchen and we'll order some food. We'll talk in there." Karlie said as everyone followed.

"It's been one hell of a day. She scared the crap out of me. Thank God Karlie was calm because I was a wreck." Taylor stated as she made a pot of coffee.

"Be prepared to share your bed for a while. She's probably gonna be too afraid to sleep alone, thinking she'll fall again."

"Very true Lil. I don't think that was even gonna be a question right now. Even if she wanted to sleep in her own room, we were probably gonna keep her with us anyway. She's so funny. Did you hear her tell Dixie how she didn't cry? Oh my God, she screamed her head off. We're just relieved that she's ok. The cast will only be on for four weeks and the doctor is expecting everything to heal perfectly."

Cara started laughing out of nowhere as she said, "I love the color. Did she choose it herself?"

Taylor looked at her and rolled her eyes as she replied, "What do you think? I swear she's gonna be an artist or a fashion designer. She loves bright colors and loves mixing them with things that don't match. She's a trip."

Pizza arrived a short time later and as Karlie went to the door to get it from the Sean, she saw Scott laying down on the couch with Mikayla sleeping on his chest. She took a quick picture before covering them up and heading to the kitchen with Dixie and the food.

"Where is Mikayla?" Taylor inquired.

"Her and her pop pop are sound asleep. It's the cutest picture."

They all sat down and ate while talking about an array of things. The girls told Cara that they would love to host her wedding at their home, which caused the usually sarcastic young model to actually start crying. She was so overcome with happiness that she hopped up and hugged both of them, thanking the two over and over. It was a side of Cara that neither had seen before. She seemed to have....grown up.

After a few hours, everyone left so the girls could relax. Tracy went next door to babysit Maddie while Austin and Kimby snuck out for movie. Scott was still sleeping with Mikayla, so Karlie and Taylor decided to stay in the living room with them until she woke up.
