I smile as I climb back onto the bus, my mind and body suddenly exhausted, I fight out a yawn.
Mike pokes his head around the corner,"Tired?"
I nod,"Exhausted."
"Climb up in my bunk. Or if you're more used to beds that look like they've been slept in, you can crash in Chester's bunk."
I smile slightly, "Mike. Can I ask you an honest question?"
"Fire away."
I run my hand through my hair,"Did your first kiss leave you this tired?"
Mike's face goes blood red, his voice low,"Actually, yes. It did."
I look at him,"Really? Who was it?"
Just then, Chester glides out,"Me!"
I laugh,"You're kidding me!"
Mike smiles,"Nope. It happened on New Years."
Chester smiles,"What was the truly exhausting part was later that night."
Mike picks up a pillow from the couch, "Chess! She don't need to know all the details!" He throws the pillow at Chester.
Chester smiles and catches it,"Sorry Kenj.. Not my fault you were amazing! "
Mike face-palms.
I yawn, my eyes growing heavier by the second.
