Whilst buying a new pair of Vans, Bree is extremely obsessed with The shoes, she accidentally clicks on the chat button. But Bree decides to ask a question. So she types in nine words as one question: "Can you help me decide which Vans to choose?"
She strikes up a live chat with the other employee. After several days after that of keeping contact, they decide to meet each other in real life.
They are both somewhat disappointed in each other's appearances but decide to be friends. Though there is a chance that this will evolve into something more.
Soon they learn appearances aren't everything. Most times you love people for their personality.
