I remember those baby blue eyes.

     Staring into mine.

Those baby blue eyes, oh those baby blue eyes.

You were mine first, each others first loves.

     Back in second grade.

We grew apart, not long after that.

But I still remember, those baby blue eyes.

As we grew older, no longer we talked, you grew closer to others, the other gender.

Those baby blue eyes, were no longer mine.

They belonged to any other girl who stared into them.

Later on, years later, you were the hottest boy in high school.

Those baby blue eyes had lost some of their twinkle.

Those baby blue eyes still drew all the girls in.

They still drew me in, even from afar.

We went to different high schools, but met again in drivers ed.

I don't know if you remember me, but I remember those baby blue eyes.

Our parent remember, the story of us, but I don't know if you do, it was long ago.

     It's a story of loss.

Those baby blue eyes, I don't even know.

I used to know, those baby blue eyes.

     We were first loves.

     Do you remember me still?

My eyes are hazel. My hair is brown. My face is plain. I don't attract any guys. We are complete opposites, you and I.

But still I remember, those baby blue eyes.

Take it from here!
