Annika whipped her hair out of the helmet. She had just gotten done racing. Sweat dripped down her neck as she grimaced in the hot sun.

Reporters swarmed her, asking how it felt to take third. She smiled and walked away, not in the mood to talk. She needed a shower.

But she got stopped again by paparazzi. "Annika, Annika! How does it feel to come in third?"

"Annika how does it feel to race in Daytona?"

Annika smiled, "Great." Then she walked away, sick of standing under scorching sun rays. She was still wearing her uniform and it definitely wasn't made for warm weather.

People slowly realized she wasn't going to talk, and her manager and crew lead people away from her. They slowly trickled away until she was able to safely make it to the RV.

Or so she thought. As gloved black hands closed around her mouth she struggled, throwing elbows and kicks. It didn't work. Someone conked something over her head and she slumped against them, feeing something wet trickle from her ear. Oh crud, this wasn't good.
