Title; Enemies but Lovers

Info: Marco is the towns superhero, everyone loves him even his wonderful girlfriend Star but what he doesn't know is that Star is actually the towns villain Black Monarch..neither of them know their secrets what happens when things turn for the worst?

Marco pov
I came home exhuasted from fighting my enemy The Black Monarch...she was tough I'll give her credit or yeah it's a girl, sometimes I feel horrible for hurting her because she's a normal person too but still a villian at the end of it "Marco is that you?"

I quickly hide my superhero outfit before Star enters our room "Hey, how was work?" She groans a bit and kisses me "Stressful..Oh babe you have a cut on your cheek, i swear you being a constructions worker is scaring me" i chuckle a bit "Well it's making us have money for us to live by"

"Yeah that's true..come I made dinner" me and star have been saying for 5 years now, and same goes for my enemy..it's weird how I met both the same way but I never question it "How was the office?" Star shrugs "Boring..doing paperwork and files ugh it's too much.."

I know I could relate fighting with your enemy during the day and going back to work afterwards it's tiring "You sound very stress maybe I'll give you a massage help you relax?" She smiled and nodded "Well..we could do it now~" she said smirking a bit, i knew where this was going and I didn't mind..

The next day as I said bye to star as she left to work I went to mine, after getting into my gear I heard that evil laugh "This seems like a perfect day to ruin your progress!" I glared at her and as she looked at us she looked shocked at me "W-what I..um"

she was tongue tied and she left but I couldn't let her "That was strange, i hope Captian S comes and saves us" one of my co-workers said, i was still a little confused on why she didn't do anything when she saw me?

I changed into my outfit and went looking for her, she was a building looking at everyone and when I walked behind she looked at me "Captian S, nice seeing you..you don't have to fight me today.."

I gave her a confused look and her voice sounded a little bit familiar "Why is that Black Monarch?" I said sternly "I almost killed the person I've loved..but you'll never understand what love is" she got me with a web and I was stuck in the wall

"Let me out!" She smirks and walks near me inching closer to my mask and I tried moving my head away "Stop! Don't!" She stops and giggles "I'll have another time for that, I'm gonna destroy half the town..bye!" She jumped from the building and she was gone I finally got out of the trap

I was in and went looking for her as i heard screams of terror and car flipping and being destroyed I found her "Enough! This ends now!" She looks a me and glares a bit "Sure..let's and this!" She shot a vine which she missed and I grasped her arms but she flipped me over her and shot again and I moved away quickly and as I looked her she looked angry and was almost

"You'll never understand the pain I feel!" She was weaking herself and it was my only chance, i quickly grabbed her vine and wrapped her and she wasn't struggling like before and I heard cheers and claps from the town people and I waved as I looked back at her she was quickly escaping,

i followed and knocked her over and she had tears running down her face..she looked at me her eyes icey blue her cheek pink her lips so plump "What is it?! Get off of me I need to see my boyfriend!" She tried moving from me but I held a tight grip on her and I reached for her mask as I did my jaw dropped..I was speechless

"Now you know who I am! Now leave me alone!" I held her and leaned my face closer to hers and she was confused when our foreheads met "I fell in love with my enemy.." I said having tears roll down my eyes "I don't love you Captian S I have a wonderful boyfriend named Marco..would You please let me-" I took off my mask and she had her mouth hanging open

"Marco.." she sounded broken and to be honest I did as well "Your my enemy? And I didn't realize it.." I nodded and moved off her helping her up "I'm sorry I hurt you every time we fight I just.." "No..it's fine Marco..ugh This is just hard to process right now" she let of my hand and disappears and held my mask in my hand and looked up, what is going to happen between us?
