Okay man up Diaz, you got two tickets to go see that new alien movie and your gonna ask Star out and finally tell her I like her "Hey Star, can I..ugh?" I walk in and see Ferguson laughing and talking with Star, what is he up to "Hey Marco, guess who who's here!" I glare and groan "Ferguson" "Ferguson! He just asked me to hang with him at the movies to see a new alien movie" I felt my heart crack "Totally dude, I might as well get on this weird train, seeing your always with her"

I scoff "Because I'm her best friend, you barely talk to her unless we hang out!" Star smiles and hugs me tight "Stop being a grouch, come on it'll be fun" she looked at me with her beautiful blue eyes "Okay..I guess so" she squeal of joy and we started to head to the movies, well my first step got ruined by Ferguson asking her out first, but I can still buy her food and drinks

"This is so cool! Wonder what it's going to be like? Right Marco?" Star said shaking my arm like crazy "Yeah so cool" she smiles as we enter and I glare at Ferguson, as we got the tickets I went to get Star and me some snacks "Hey Star, I'll buy..." as I turn she already has a bag of popcorn and a soda "You don't have to, Ferguson got me it" I clench my hand into fist and grind my teeth

"Yeah it was nothing come on" they entered and I just wanted to strangle Ferguson but he's my friend and I'm not that crazy, well my plan is failing big time as I looked I quickly took my seat next to Star and Ferguson on the other side and I lay back and think..as the movie came to an end Ferguson was asking star something and I couldn't hear

"What are you talking about?" 'Shhh' a person behind us said and I sit back down and I hear her giggle "Guys?!" I whisper yell 'Shhh' I groan "Stop shushing me! The movie is almost over!" People started to throw their popcorn and I groan "Marco?" I look at star and I just left the theater room and sat on a bench and waited for them

"Yo Marco what's up with you?" I stood up and push Ferguson against the wall "Your is what's up with me! You ruined everything for me!" He looked confused and star looked confused too "Marco why are you yelling at him, he hasn't done anything wrong?" I groan and let go of Ferguson

"Star I just wanted to ask you to the movies and buy you snacks and then take you to the park.." I say blushing "Then why didn't you say that earlier?" I looked at Ferguson and her "Never mind, I'm going home" I put up my hood and run home, as I get home I go to my room and sit on my bed, everything got ruined, now I can't tell her how I feel..

I stayed in the dark with my legs up looking at my window and look up at the night sky "Marco? Can I come in?" It was star "I guess" I said not caring anymore "Marco can you please tell me what's wrong?" I sigh and move my hood

"Star the reason why I snapped on Ferguson was because I was trying to ask you out to the movies, but he came and beat me to it, then he bought you snacks and then you guys were flirting and giggling, it made me mad because I just wanted to be alone with you because..I really like you Star, I couldn't tell you because he got in the way..I wanted to see the movie with you, I wanted to share my snacks with you, I wanted to flirt with you..and then afterwards tell you how I feel..but" I broke down I had tears fall down my face

"Marco, I didn't mean to hurt you, I just thought he was being friendly and that's what friends do, I'm sorry I ignored you today I didn't think you needed it because we were already close, we're best friends, and I love having a good time with you, we can do other things then movies, and I'm glad you told me..and FYI I really like you to" we sat next to me and kissed my cheek

"Thanks Star" she giggled "No problem, and you thought Ferguson was flirting with me? He was telling me a joke about something, he knows how you feel about me and wouldn't mess it up" now I kinda feel like a jerk towards him

"Man now I feel like a turd" star giggles and pulls me downstairs and I see Ferguson on the couch "Hey dude, I'm sorry if I.." I cut him off with a hug "It's okay, I guess I was just annoyed at how you acted with Star, and I really shouldn't" he chuckles "It's cool bro, you know I wouldn't come between whatever you got going with her"

I pushed his shoulder a bit and laugh "Yeah, I know still bros?" He nods "Bro's for life!" As he gave me a fist bump star came and held on our shoulders "Yay we're friends again!" We giggled and watched TV the rest of the night, with Star sleeping soundly on my lap and Ferguson snoring on the floor, I chuckle a bit...nothing is never boring.
