The List..

Okay so I'm having major writers block and I didn't know what to write so I looked in my notebook from school because I secretly write Starco in my creative writing class 😏 so I wrote it here

Marco Pov
This is it Marco, the time you ask Star out on a date, and finally make your move and make it to that romantic step, as I look at myself in my mirror and took a deep breath and looked down my check list I had originally planned for Jackie but since she told she didn't see me in that way I changed it to Star, ever since Star helped me with getting with Jackie I kinda started falling for her and boom I fell for her "Hey Marco! Come on the show is on" star say opening my door and I quickly stuffed the piece of paper in my hoodie

"Coming Star" I sigh and saw how excited she looked when the show was starting "Do you think lupita and Juan will end together or will his cousin Carlos will take her?" I shrugged "I think Lupita will pick Juan it's bound to happen" she giggles "Well I think she'll pick Carlos, cause he's always there for her no matter what, you know" I blushed and looked forward "Yeah..I know who else"

I whisper and she looked at me "You said something Marco?" I shake my head "Nope, just agreeing with you" she smiles and we watch the show..as it's the end of the episode Star began smiling "I knew she'd picked Carlos, I told you Marco" I nod "Yeah for sure I thought it was Juan.." she stood up and stretched her body and she was in shorts and a tank top

as she raised her arms I saw her stomach and I blushed "Well I'm gonna head to bed, good night Marco" she walked by and I smelled her cupcake fragrance "Night Star see you in the morning" I pulled out my list and looked down at it (Be nice and have a conversation) check; I've done this all the time

"Hey Marco, it's pretty late" my mom came in and I put the list away "Yeah I was..about to go" she smiles "Who's the list for?" As I stopped and looked at my mom weird "What are you talking about?" She came and pulled the list out of my pocket "This, Marco I'm your mother I know everything when your lying or hiding something" I nervously chuckled

"Yeah..the list is for Star" a smile grew on her face and I covered her mouth before she screams "I knew you would fall for her" I nod and chuckle "Mom your embarrassing me" she hugs me tight "Don't worry Marco you'll get her soon just believe in yourself" I nod and break free from her and head upstairs to my room, now I gotta make my move soon..

Next day~~

I woke up and got ready for the day, today I will ask Star out on a date no backing away from it as I walked towards her room I saw her on the floor playing with the laser puppies "Hey there Marco what's up?" She said smiling and I smiled back "I was wondering..like uh do you um" I was struggling, come on Diaz you and Star hang out all the time what's the difference this time? She gave me an odd look and stood up

"What's wrong Marco?" I blushed as she move closer to me "Want to go out to eat?" I said simply "Sure where to?" I thought about it and I thought of that pizza place across town "The pizza place across town?" She nods "Sure why not, as long as we don't get in trouble again by we I mean me" I laughed along remembering the recent incident

"Yeah, let's just go" she nods and we take my bike and she's singing softly as she holds on my shoulders and I take glances at her but I couldn't really look because I was steering "So pizza?" I nod

"Yeah I usually eat pepperoni with bacon, it's pretty good" she smiles and we arrive "Cool, can we have that then it sounds good" I nod and we enter and I look for a good spot for us and I see a booth for two and smile and grab her hand and sit "Hello you two, what would you like to drink?" The waitress gave a smile and Star kept looking around

"I'll order two Strawberry Fitz for us and a large pepperoni and bacon pizza" she nods "Okay I'll be back with your drinks" I nod and see star in her own little world and I just admire from afar and then I look down at my check list, (Compliment her, make her feel nice) I took a deep breath "You look nice star" she looked at me and smiled

"Thanks Marco, so sweet" but I could tell it was in a friendly way "here you are, pizza will be out in a few" the waitress left and we were in a awkward silence "So..um Star what have you been up to?" She shrugs "Magic and stuff, the usual what about you?" I shrug also "The usually" we nod and I realized how boring I am with her when we are in a public place "Star I gotta ask you something" she looks at me

"Yeah?" I blush and rub my neck at how nervous I was, I was kinda scared to say it now "Well...I uh" as I was going to continue the pizza came out and I groan "Enjoy" I took a slice for me and helped Star and I took a bite and watched how star examined it "You just pick it up and take a bite" she smiles and holds it "Like this Marco?" I chuckled

"You could fold too, like this look" I showed her and she seemed amazed "Wow, earth culture is so cool" we ate the pizza quickly and I paid as we were exiting the place she scared me "Marco! What were saying earlier before the pizza came?" I blush and looked away "Nothing, just about tonight's new episode" she smirks "Oh, Lupita and Carlos are going to be married I can see it already" I laughed and got on the bike

"They just got together, it's probably a couple more episodes before all that but I think Juan has something planned" star giggles "He might but she's way into Carlos though, you can't break a bond between two people" she said and it got to me as we got home star hopped off the bike and noticed me still on the bike "Marco you coming?" I nod and she enters and I pull out my list (Be confident, tell her)

I thought of it and walked inside and sat next to her and she held on the couch pillow and watched with excitement 'But how do I know that the feelings I have are real?' The sound of the tv made me think of my feelings for Star 'Carlos I love you but I'm scared of saying the wrong thing, I don't ever want to lose you' I looked at star who was glued to the show and saw her expression change throughout the episode

"Star..I gotta tell you something" she looked at me and back at the tv "Okay just a couple minutes" I sigh and we watched the final bit of the show "Called it, Juan had a plan like I said" star laughed and pushed me "So what were you going to tell me?" She said looking and smiling at me, I felt my cheek get warm "Star..I..I.." why was this hard?

"Marco?" Her head tilted like a puppy "Star...I like you like a lot" I said sternly and her face turned red "What?" Now I kinda regret it "I uh like you?" She moves closer and her touch on my cheeks made me melt "Marco..can I tell you something?" I nod rather quickly "Yes Star" she giggles and leans in and kisses me quick "I like you too" I pull her closer towards me

And smile because my best friend likes me back the same way, which is a surprise to me "You know it's funny Marco" I chuckle "Why is it funny?" She looks down and at me "We're like Lupita and Carlos" as I came to realize that I began laughing and she joined in and as I look at her I pull her face close to me and kissed her softly that it felt like a cloud "Star...your weird" she smirks and pokes my chest "Your a nerd"
