Hey guys so as promised a one shot, also I have no clue which book I should enter 😒 I hate picking favorites anyways enjoy this part..also I think the music fits this part

I watched how star defeated the last of the monsters and I groan "Done! Let's go Marco I want some of your nachos" she said happily I nod and we head back home as we arrived I started making it as I finished I gave it to her and watch her eat, sometimes I get mad because she has magic and defeats them easily, I don't have any because I'm human and it's harder for me to fight back

"What's wrong Marco?" She ask poking my shoulder, never realized I was deep in thought "What? Nothing Star forget it" she looked confused and shrugged her shoulders, the next day I woke up extra early and practiced my moves and started to work out I know I might not have magic but I can sure be strong enough to defeat my opponent

As it hit noon I heard a knock and Star entered "Hey Marco! What are you doing?" I grunt and pant "Isn't it obvious? I'm working out" she smiles "Why? What's the occasion?" I stop and glare at her "You do realize that I'm just a human and I don't have powers like you, it's not easy fighting monsters when like me, small and barely experienced" I say kinda mad "You don't have to be a baby! I'm not good at this wand yet bub and why do you think I mess up every time? If someone is terrible it's me!"

I scoff "Yeah right, I'm horrible your so much better then me! Look at me I'm just a human boy, nothing special about me, look at you a princess have magic and a wand that makes you twice as good as me!" We glared at each other "You wanna fight Diaz?! Let's have a battle, whoever is the worse wins!" I smirked "Bring it on butterfly!" We growl at each other and head to the backyard and get ready

"You ready to win?!" I yell at her "No because I'm horrible at this! How about you!" I shake my head "Nope" we ran at each other and tried tripping her but she jumped and lanes on the cactus "Nice try! That's was pretty good!" "Stop encouraging me!" I flipped back and she shot me a blast but I dodged it and smirked

"Nice shot!" She groans and jumps off and tackles me to the ground and I got her in a karate move hold "See your better!" "No.I'm.Not!" She blasted rainbows in my eyes and escapes and I rub my eyes and see her breathing hard as I am "See..is that new?!" I asked because her wand was glowing pink and red "See! Your better than me!" I grabbed a crate and chucked it at her and she got hit on the shoulder and she blasted me hitting my leg..I could tell she was getting tired and so was I, as we were inches away from each other we missed and collapsed on the floor..

We lay on the ground all beaten up and I began to laugh that made her join me as well "I can never be good" she sighs "Marco..I'm never going to be good as my mom" I felt like a dink, I forgot her mother was like her "Ah gees I'm sorry Star, I guess neither one of is perfect" she moves and holds her shoulder and extends her hand for me to grab "Mess up twins" I chuckled and grabbed ahold of her hand and stood up "Mess up twins" we looked at each other, our clothes were covered in dirt and scratches and rips and tears..

we went pretty hard on each other, I smiled and pulled her into a hug "Sorry Star" she giggles "I'm sorry too Marco, I might depend on my wand most of time and sometimes it's off and doesn't work, at least your strong in a different way" I smiled and I heard a gasp "Marco Diaz! What in the world happened to the yard!" I groan "We're in trouble" star said and I nodded, man now I wished I had magic to clean this up..
