Making Breakfast - Chapter 65

Zayn's P.O.V.

The annoying buzzer of my alarm clock went off and I swung my hand over to the 'off' button. Yawning, I stood from the bed and stretched. I left the room and went downstairs to start some coffee. Shawn was awake already, sitting at the table with his phone, contemplating something.

"Morning," I greeted, grabbing three coffee mugs from the cupboard and the coffee, sugar and creamer before pouring some water into the coffee maker. 

"Good morning." He waved. I put the coffee on hot and closed the top, going to grab some eggs, bacon and bread.

"Sleep well?" I asked, grabbing out a pan.

"I did, yeah. What about you?" He placed his phone down on the table top.

"I slept okay, thanks." Cracking eight eggs open, I whipped them in a bowl, cutting up some bell peppers, onions and garlic before throwing them into the pot to let them cook a little. I put nine pieces of bacon into a pan and turned the fire up to high.

"I'll be out there watching T.V." Shawn announced.

"Alright." He left the kitchen with his phone and I continued to cook the breakfast.

Once breakfast was finished, I put a beautifully decorated plate on a tray with some orange juice and brought it to Perrie. That's how we spent our morning.
