Gabi stepped into the elevator to see a tall, good looking man standing there. She smiled brightly.
"Well, hi! You going up?" He chuckled.
"Yeah, I am. Floor seven?" She nodded.
"Hell yeah!" Then she pressed the button, and held her hand out to him. "I'm Gabi, by the way." He smiled again, then shook her hand.
"Trey. I just moved into the building." Her eyebrows rose.
"Trey, alright." She teased, tucking her hair behind her ear. "And uh, does Trey, have a girlfriend?" He chuckle again, shoving his hands in his pockets and shrugging.
"Uh no, but if all goes well, I may have gotten myself one tonight." Gabi's hand flew to her mouth dramatically with a grin.
"Well, moving a little fast, aren't we? Usually dinner and a movie come first!" Trey sighed, chuckling some more. He seemed anxious and excited.
"Dinner! Great! Fantastic!" He told her, just as the elevator dinged, and he hurried down the hall. Gabi hurried to her own apartment, squealing excitedly as she entered, Sofia looking on in confusion.
"Okay, did you go down in the elevator, or did you get down in the elevator?" She asked, and Gabi flicked a piece of her hair out of her face casually.
"Oh, just a really cute guy, flirting with me in the elevator!" She told Sofia, who jumped to her feet.
"I need details!" Gabi grin got bigger as her cheeks turned red.
"His name is Trey, and he's really excited to go to dinner with me sometime!" Both girls squealed again, and Sofia patted Gabi on the back.
"Atta girl! You get em!" That was when Izzy walked in wearing a little blue dress and a pair of black flats, holding a silver clutch tightly to her chest, her face completely red, a grin stretching across her face from ear to ear. Gabi brushed her hair out of the way as she walked over to Izzy.
"Hey, where were you? You've been gone for hours!" Izzy just looked to her, and squealed loudly.
"Best! Date! Ever!" She told them exictedly, stomping her feet. "I just had the most amazing date with the most amazing guy! Yeah! I did! Me! That's who!" Gabi took her hands, smiling at her.
"Oooh, details!"
"Oh, I'll give you the details!" Izzy told her seriously. "His name is Trey, he is super sweet, super nice, super funny, and super duper hot! And he just moved into this building!" Sofia furrowed her eyebrows. This boy sounded familiar. "He took me out to dinner at the nicest place in town, then we went to the park and he took me for a ride on one of the carriages and it was so sweet and romantic and I'm so happy!" She cried out, tears of joy streaming down her cheeks, just as her phone rang, and she squealed again when she saw who was calling. "Its Trey! Gotta run!" And she hurried to the bedroom, and Gabi sighed with happiness.
"Aw, that's so sweet! Izzy's been trying to get a boyfriend for ages!" Sofia crossed her arms, looking at Gabi pointedly.
"Yeah, its a good thing that she went on a date with the new Trey in the building." Gabi nodded, still smiling.
"I know." Then she gasped in horror. "Oh no! Izzy's going out with the guy who hit on me!"
