Ben Walked into his apartment with his coat in his hand, grinning like a maniac, when he saw Danny, Riley, Tucker, Brooke, and Bonnie squished on the couch, all with their arms crossed, glaring at him.

"Oh, hey, what's up guys?" He asked cheerfully, shutting the door behind him.

"Hey, Ben." Danny grouched.

"What's going on, Ben?" Riley demanded.

"How was your night, Ben?" Tucker asked creepily.

"What did you get up to, Ben?" Brooke grumbled.

"We were just wondering how that emergency turned out, Ben." Bonnie told him. Ben was confused as he walked towards the kitchen.

"What emergency?" They each stood up in a roll off.

"Oh, you remember." Tucker told him in a sarcastic tone as the five of them surrounded him, still looking pretty pissed. "The "can somebody pick up Emma, it's an emergency" emergency." He said that part in a bad impression of Ben, but Ben just smirked, remembering.

"Turns out, it was less of an emergency, and more of an after-work pub crawl. Which is funny, because, you know, we work in a bar." Then he walked away from them, All of them in disbelief.

"What is the matter with you?" Bonnie demanded. "For the last six hours Emma has been passed around more than a joint at a Bon Jovi concert." Everyone looked at her. "I hear." Then Tucker grinned.

"Or your mom on ladies' night." Bonnie glared at him.

"Yeah. I had to pick her up from daycare, and I missed practice." Danny said.

"Yeah, so I took her next and I missed a deposition." Riley added.

"Yeah, then she passed her on to me, and I missed an interview." Tucker told him.

"So he passed her onto me, and I missed the double shift I was going to take." Brooke growled.

"So, she passed her to me, and I missed a date with a sure thing." Bonnie said lastly. "Who I, coincidentally, met at ladies' night." she added, looking a little embarrassed and Tucker giving her another look. "So, what do you have to say for yourself?" Ben looked at them with wide eyes and a beer in his hand. Then he said,

"Well, it sounds like a pretty well-oiled machine to me. Thanks for helping out." Then he took his beer and headed for his bedroom, but they weren't letting him leave like that.

"What?" Riley said.

"But... "thanks for helping out"?" Tucker asked in disbelief. "That's what you say when somebody takes you to the airport, not raises your child for you." Ben looked at them with his own look of disbelief.

"Uh, raising my child? I've been a single dad for almost two years now. I've kind of got it down."

"Yeah. By having everyone else do all the work." Danny told him.

"Well, I have a system, obviously." Ben told them.

"Okay. So, you actually think that you could do all of this without us?" Brooke asked him.
