"Alright, ready Sirius?" James whispered. Sirius nodded back at him from across the hallway.

"Ready, Prongsie!" He called back.

"Here they come!" Peter whisper shouted from further down the hall, just as three first year girls came down the hallway, giggling. James gave a wolf whistle, making the girls giggle even more when they saw him, and getting the attention of everyone in the hallway.

"Wait!" Sirius called dramatically, walking up to one of the girls. "I must as something of you!" The girl's face had gone scarlet as Sirius got down on one knee. "Will you marry me, young first year?" The girl squealed, unable to contain her giggles, before she and her friends ran away, laughing, along with everyone else in the hallway. Sirius looked around wildly, then ran over to a third year girl. "Or you! Won't you marry me?" The girl shook her head, her face already red.

"Sorry, but I'm not allowed to marry." Sirius fell dramatically to the floor.

"Oh, my heart! Oh, it feels as though it has been torn in two! Won't someone marry me before I go!"

"Padfoot, I must confess!" James called, and Sirius sat up at once. "I find that if Lily Evans will never admit her love for me, then we must announce our love for one another to the world! Let them know! I LOVE SIRIUS BLACK!!" Sirius jumped to his feet.

"Oh, Prongs! I knew it! I shall scream it to the world! I LOVE JAMES POTTER!!" The hallway was echoing with laughter from the students who had stopped to watch them.

James's eyes filled with happy tears. "Oh, SIRIUS!!" Then Sirius fell to his knee once more.

"James, will you make me the happiest man in Hogwarts and become my wife?" James gasped dramatically.

"OF COURSE I WILL!!" Sirius jumped to his feet, everyone clapping and cheering for them as James jumped into Sirius's arms bridal style, and the two of them ran down the hall, Peter throwing glitter behind them.

MARAUDERS

When Sirius, James, and Peter had reached Transfiguration, McGonagall was eyeing them with a slightly amused smile. Sirius was still carrying James, and Peter had purple and blue glitter in his hair.

"I suppose I'm invited to the wedding, Mr and soon to be Mrs. Black?" Sirius and James nodded as Sirius set James down.

"Of course, Professor!"

"Then I expect you to save me a dace, Mr. Black." She joked, and Sirius winked at her in a flirty, jokey sort of way.

"No problem, Minnie!" James gasped dramatically.

"How dare you flirt with Minnie when you know how I feel for her!" Then he jumped at Sirius, and the two of them began play fighting, rolling under the tables and making everyone laugh, though McGonagall had had quite enough.

"Boys." She said firmly, and they both looked up, James banging his head on the table. "I believe that will be another two days in detention. For disturbing class and for fighting."

"Yes, Professor." They both said automatically, before heading to their seats, Peter already sitting down by Remus.

They sat and took notes as they listened to McGonagall, but James's mind was somewhere else completely, and it was one of those rare times it wasn't on Lily. It was on pranking. He and his friends always competed for who pranked people the best. What if they made it interesting?

A note dropped on Remus's desk, and he opened it to read Meeting in our dorm after class. Sign your initials to mark you read it. And Remus saw three other initials on it, being JP, SB, and PP. He signed his initials, then the paper immediately folded into a small bird, and flew out the open window, catching McGonagall's attention.

"Mr. Potter, I shall add another hour of detention." She told him, already knowing he had passed it. Only he would send notes to other classes entirely. "You know better than to pass notes in my class." James slumped in his seat.

Meanwhile, the note was heading for the Charms corridor, where it entered the classroom and seemed to try and crawl into Karina's ear. Luckily, Flitwick was looking away right then. She found the initials, of course now including RL, and read the message.

"Oh boy." She murmured, curious to what James was planning, but signed KP down with the others, then enchanted it to make it a bit smaller and to turn into a bug, rather than something obvious like a bird. Then she set the little bug free.

"Okay, so you might all be wondering why I've called you all here." James announced once everyone had arrived in the dorm. "I've noticed that we each compete very hard against each other in pranking people. BUT! I've noticed we hardly prank each other!"

"Get to the point, Prongs." Karina called, laying on his bed. "I'm tired!" James narrowed his eyes down at her, then looked back at all of them.

"Anyway! I've decided, that this year... Is our Prank Year!" He waited for the applause that didn't come. "Please, don't everyone jump up at once." He muttered. "Anyway, our Prank Year will consist of the five of us, pranking each other! And by the end of the year, we're going to have the lovely judge, Miss Evans, tell us who did the best prank! What do you guys think?" This made them sit up.

"That's a brilliant idea!" Sirius told him.

"Another Marauders Adventure, eh? I'm game!" Remus said.

"I'll definitely give it a shot!" Peter told them a little timidly.

"When do we start?" Karina asked.
