"DON'T - CALL - ME - A COWARD!" Snape shouted, and Karina watched as Harry fell to the ground, Buckbeak going after Snape.

"Severus!" She cried out, when she suddenly felt a sharp pain, and fell to the ground. "Severus, no!" She aimed her wand at Buckbeak. "Sorry, Beaky." She whispered. "Petrificus Totalus!" And Buckbeak's body went rigid, and he fell over.

Snape looked to her, and saw her doubled over in pain. "Karina!" He ran over to her. "Can you stand?" He asked her.

"I don't know!" She told him. "I don't know what's happening!" Snape took her under the arm and tried to help her up.

"It must have been the shock of everything and the fact that you are about as restless as a niffler in Gringotts! You've probably been thrown into labour!" She gasped.

"Labour!?" She shrieked, before yelling out as another sharp pain hit her. "No! This is not happening right now! I cannot be having this baby right now!"

"Get away from her!" Harry shouted, aiming his wand at Snape.

"Harry, don't!" Karina cried out, trying to walk over to him, but stumbling and Snape helped her stand again. "He's only trying to help!"

"Mum do you hear yourself?" Harry demanded. "He killed Dumbledore!" Karina gasped, and looked to Snape.

"No. It isn't true." Snape looked back at her, pleadingly.

"Please, Karina, let me get you to the hospital wing, I'll explain everything later, I promise!"

"Explain what?" She demanded. "How you murdered Dumbledore? What's there to explain!?" Snape just sighed, then deflected a shot from Harry, then Petrified him.

"He'll be fine." He told Karina, before conjuring up a wheelchair for her. "It's only so I can get you to Madam Pomfrey. Please, let me explain." Karina almost began to protest, then remembered the situation she was in as a third sharp pain hit her, and she gripped the arms of the wheelchair.

"Fine! Just hurry!" She begged, breathing hard.

Snape hurriedly pushed the chair as fast as he could as he spoke. "Dumbledore asked me to. He was dying anyways."

"What?" She breathed, looking up at him as they reached the school.

"Yes." Then he noticed Sir Nicholas, flying over head. "You there! Ghost!" He called. Sir Nicholas saw them, then floated down.

"Yes?" He asked.

"Go down to Madam Pomfrey's and tell her that the Potter Baby is coming! Hurry!" Sir Nicholas's eyes went wide, and he flew off in a hurry.

"Continue." Karina told Snape.

"Right, anyway, Dumbledore had discovered one of the Dark Lord's Horcruxes, Marvolo's ring. You know of the Horcruxes, yes?" Karina nodded as he levitated her up a flight of stairs. "Well, the old fool had put it on and it poisoned him. I managed to stop the poison for only a year. He knew that the Malfoy boy was going to be given the task of killing him, and told me that I must be the one to kill him. So, I did."

Karina still had many questions, but she they had arrived at the hospital wing, and Madam Pomfrey was pulling her out of the chair and onto one of the beds, where she pulled the curtain around so no one could see.

"Alright, Miss Potter!" She said, preparing Karina. "This isn't going to be exactly fun for anyone of us, but I'm going to need you to push!"

MARAUDERS

Harry hurriedly followed Ginny to the hospital wing, his heart beating quickly, hoping that Snape was there so that he could finish him off...

He also hoped that Karina was there, and that she was safe. He couldn't imagine losing her then. He couldn't believe that Snape had Petrified him!

When he entered the hospital wing, he saw Lupin, McGonagall, Fleur, and all of the Weasleys there. And he heard a soft baby's cry. Lupin gave the smallest, sad smile at him as Madam Pomfrey came out from behind the curtain, looking exhausted, but pleased with herself.

"Its a boy." She told them. "A healthy little boy. And the mother is doing just fine!" Harry let out a deep breath, and it felt as if he had been holding it in for a long time as Madam Pomfrey pulled away the curtain to reveal a very red faced, very tired, looking Karina, who held the smallest bundle in her arms.

"Come here, Harry. Come and meet your brother?" Harry felt like he had lead for feet and was walking on air as he walked over to Karina, and stared at little Sirius James Potter Black.

"Wow." He whispered. "He's... He's... Wow." Karina chuckled a little.

"I'm guessing that means that you are satisfied with his birth?" Harry shook his head, snapping out of it.

"No, I mean... He looks just like you." Karina looked down at Sirius, and shook her head.

"He looks more like your father, Harry." She told him. "Your father and I, we looked a lot alike. He's got my chin, and my nose, but he's got Sirius's eyes."
