Aria stared straight ahead as Vision and Wanda moved around softly. Her mind was busy with five thousands thoughts, many on her father and Steve. She couldn't think of why her father would really want to sign those Accords. Even if the Avengers were under government control, that wouldn't stop innocent people from dying if something occurred. She hated to admit it, but she was on Steve's side for this one. The Avengers were better off saving people on their own agenda.

Suddenly, an explosion came from the distance, lighting the room up for a moment. Vision and Wanda hurried to the window, Aria sitting up at once.

"What is it?" Wanda asked, the hairs on the back of her neck prickling as Vision lifted himself from the ground.

"Stay here, please."  He left the room, and Wanda stood still for a moment, Aria wrapping her arms around her knees, just as Wanda flung a knife from the counter across the room, stopping it just before it hit Clint's head.

"Guess I shoulda knocked." Both girls looked shocked to see him, and Aria jumped to her feet as Wanda lowered the knife.

"Oh my god! What are you doing here?" Wanda asked as Clint shot two arrows to either side of the room.

"Disappointing my kids." He told them, before grabbing Wanda's arm and held his other hand out to Aria, who hesitated. "I'm supposed to go waterskiing. Cap needs our help. Come on."

"Clint!" Vision had returned, and he was not about to let the two girls leave against Tony's orders. "You should not be here." Clint looked up at him, eyebrows rose.

"Really? I retire for, what, like five minutes, and it all goes to shit." Vision, of course, held his temper.

"Please consider the consequences of your actions." Clint pretended to think for a moment, then shrugged.

"Okay, they're considered." And beams of energy shot out from the arrows, capturing Vision in a forcefield. "Okay, we gotta go." Clint told the girls, but neither moved. Wanda stayed put, and Aria hesitated. "It's this way." He told them, and Wanda shook her head.

"I've caused enough problems." Clint sighed, running back towards her.

"You gotta help me. Both of you do." Neither girl move, and Clint groaned. "Look, you wanna mope, you can go to high school. You wanna make amends, you get off your ass." That was when Vision broke the forcefield with his mind stone. "Shit." He hurried over and punched Clint hard, who groaned, but recovered quickly. "I knew I should've stretched." He then extended a baton and tried to hit Vision, but the blows went through him. Clint resorted to punching, before trying the baton again. Nothing had worked, and the baton was broken. Clint tried to kick Vision, but his leg went right through him again, before Vision got Clint into a headlock.

"Clint, you can't overpower me." Vision told him, annoyingly calm, but Clint, of course, had another trick up his sleeve.

'I know I can't. But she can." They all looked to Wanda, who's hands were glowing with red energy. Aria gulped, stumbling back. She wasn't sure what to do, or who to help.

"Vision, that's enough." Wanda growled. "Let him go. We're leaving." Vision shook his head.

"I can't let you." Wanda held her hands apart, the glow increasing as Clint slipped from Vision's graps, Vision stuck in place, faultering.

"I'm sorry." She murmured.

"If you do this..." Vision murmured. "they will never stop being afraid of you." She didn't care anymore.

"I can't control their fear, only my own." She moved closer, and Vision glowed from within, before crashing through the floor, and all the way to the ground.

"Oh..." Clint sighed, before patting Wanda's shoulder. "Come on. We got one more stop." The two ran off, but Wanda stopped when she saw that Aria wasn't following. She looked frozen, unsure. A lot had been going on, and something in her had begun to snap.

"Aria." She jumped at her own name, and looked to Wanda, who came running back over. "Come on. We can't stay here and let this battle be fought without us."  But Aria knew what both Wanda and Clint were asking of her.

"You want me to stand alongside Steve as he goes head to head with my father?" Her voice cracked as she spoke, and Wanda nodded.

"I'm afraid so. He won't listen any other way, and we both know it. Either way, we can't just hide." Aria was still for a moment, before nodding shakily.

"Okay, then. Let's go."
