"Whoa! Where are we?" Gascon exclaimed, looking around. Tiny jumped up.
"Tidy! It worked, Con-boy! It worked!" Gascon stood up, brushing some of the dust off of his shirt. Then he went to help Abyssa up.
"You okay, Abyssa?" She nodded, fixing her shirt and tucking her locket underneath of her collar.
"Yeah, I'm alright. Though I think I landed on a rock." They both looked, and shouted when they saw a rock like creature!
"Ah! What is that!?" Gascon exclaimed. Abyssa quickly reached into her pocket and pulled something out.
"Hang on! I've got something!" Then she aimed it at the creature.
"Carbink. The rock Pokémon. It has icy points around its body." The small computer said.
"Carbink!" The little creature screeched, then it bounced away. Abyssa sighed and looked at her small computer.
"So glad that Uncle Oliver gave me this." Then she looked around at the tropical place around them. "Where are we?"
"Hold on, mun, hold on!" Tiny told them, pulling out a tiny piece of paper from a pocket on his jumpsuit. "I think we're in the Alola region! This is the Pokémon world!" Gascon and Abyssa looked to each other, excited.
"We did it!" They exclaimed!
"Now we can find the new Songstress!" Gascon added, then waved them over. "Come on!"
"Gascon!" Abyssa called. "Do you even know where you're going?" Gascon stopped short, realising she was right. Then he turned back to them.
"Okay, no I don't. Tiny? Got any ideas where we should go?" Tiny nodded.
"Well, we oughta head for the kahuna, of course! He's got the Pokémon you two are going to need for your journey, mun!" Abyssa grinned.
"Pokémon! Yes! That's what I'm looking forward to most! Uncle Oliver is always showing me his Venosoaur, his Jigglypuff, his Gardivwar, all of them! And I love to watch his Garchomp mega evolve! It looks so powerful and amazing! But its just a great big sweetheart!" Gascon laughed.
"Aye, Byssy-girl! Something's a glow beneath youer collar, mun!" Tiny told her. Abyssa pulled her locket back out, and she found it glowing!
"Hey! The new Songstress must be nearby!" Tiny jumped up and ran ahead, looking around.
"Really? Tidy, mun! Where's she at?" That was when two white ballerina flats tripped over him!
"Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry! Are you okay?" A sweet voice asked, and Gascon ran over to help Tiny up, finding the owner of the voice and the shoes was a girl of about eighteen years old in a brown shirt with white pants and blonde hair, a small yellow pouch hanging off her shoulder.
Tiny jumped up and smiled at her. "No worries, mun! No harm done!"
"Bonnie! When will you ever learn?" They heard another voice call, and saw a man with blonde hair running up, wearing white pants, brown shoes, a white shirt, and a blue lab coat and glasses.
The girl, Bonnie, stuck her tongue out at him.
"Oh, Clemont! I'm fine! I just didn't see this fairy!" She told him, then turned back to the three. "I'm Bonnie! And this is my brother, Clemont. We're visiting from Lumios City in the Kalos region!" Gascon smiled.
"My name is Gascon! And these are my friends, Abyssa and Tiny! We're visiting from Hamelin in Ni No Kuni!"
"Wow, its been a while since we've met someone from Ni No Kuni!"
"Really?" Abyssa asked. "Did you ever meet my Aunt Nicky? She used to come here all the time! She once brought me to Snowbell city and we saw a bunch of Snorunt! Her Delphox nearly blew up the forest!"
"Nicky's Braixen evolved into Delphox? That's amazing!" Clemont told them. Gascon gasped.
"You did know Nicky!" Bonnie nodded.
"Of course! We knew Nicky back when she was fourteen years old and she had just gotten Fennekan! Though she stopped coming here about three years ago, and Jayden stopped coming soon after that." Abyssa nodded.
"Aunt Nicky got busy, and... She met someone." Abyssa sounded sad about this, and Bonnie matched her mood with a look.
"Nicky met someone? That's surprising, considering how she used to look at Jayden."
"Bonnie, I'll bet it was nothing at all." Clemont told her, rather sternly. "After all, Jayden and Nicky were always just friends, and always will be."
