"Thanks for dropping me to school Dad."

"Isabel, be a good girl ha?"

I rolled my eyes.

"My gosh Dad I'm not bata anymore."

Natawa si Dad and he leaned to kiss my forehead.

"I'll pick you up after your training. Ok?"

"Ok. Bye Dad!"

I got off the car with my laptop. It's the first day of class and first day of training ng ALE later and hindi ko dala ang benz ko because Dad insisted na ihatid ako sa Ateneo. Sanay kasi sya na hinahatid ako every first day of school kaya it's like a ritual for him kahit I have my own car already.

I'm now walking inside Ateneo when a group of girls suddenly approached me.

"Hi Bea! Pwede magpapicture?"

"Sure." I said.

Medyo sanay na din naman kasi ako sa mga ganto. The moment I played sa UAAP ang dami na talagang nakakakilala sakin sa campus. Sometimes it's getting annoying but I do my best to still entertain them.

While in the middle of a selfie, I suddenly spotted Jho.

How can't I? Eh her backpack is freakin yellow. Her shoes is rainbow. The fuck Jho 😂

Bigla akong napatingin sa sarili ko.

Black Nike backpack. White shorts and shoes. Black jacket and underneath.

I'm basic while she's like a walking rainbow.

After taking pictures, I run towards Jho.

"Jho!"

"Uy beh!" She said pagkalingon nya.

"Woah. Ang sakit sa mata. So bright."

"Huh?" Kunot noong sabi ni Jho.

"I thought rainbows are supposed to be in the sky. Why am I talking to one?" I said while laughing.

Sinamaan nya ako ng tingin nung narealized nya.

"Grabe! Anong masama sa color rainbow? Tsaka favorite ko yellow wag ka nga!"

"Jho, you're like a rainbow na tinubuan ng tao." Pang aasar ko.

Bigla nya akong nahampas ng sobrang lakas sabay walk out without saying anything.

"Hey!" Pero hindi nya ako pinansin and deretso lang syang naglakad papunta sa loob.

I just shrugged my shoulders and went to my first class. Sanay na ako sa mga ganyan ni Jho. Mamaya lang okay na ulit yan.

On my second class, I thought of texting her ng pasimple para hindi ako makita ng prof ko.

Where ka maglunch?

After like 15 minutes, wala akong natanggap na reply kaya I texted her again.

To: Jho
Lunch together pls?

Pero hindi ulit sya nagreply. Weird. Nagrereply naman agad yun kahit gaano pa sya kabusy.

To: Jho
Hey?

Bigla kong naalala yung pagwalkout nya this morning. Shit. Don't tell me...

To: Jho
Are u mad?

Is this serious? She got mad because of that rainbow thing? But I was just joking I swear!
