After saying that, I immediately walked away from them without looking back. Lumabas ako ng dug out at pumunta sa seat ko dahil magsisimula na ang game at ayokong madatnan kaming tatlo doon ng iba.

Pagkapwesto ko, I let out a deep exasperated sigh.

I still can't believe what just happened back there.

Nico fucking shaded me. I don't even know where it all came from! He just suddenly came up to me and then biglang kung ano ano ng pinagsasabi niya!

I know hindi kami okay. Pero my gosh! Ang tagal na non hindi pa rin siya makamove on? Ano pa ba'ng gusto niya? Ang tagal ko ng tinigilan si Jho! Nasa kanya na nga eh ano pa ba'ng issue niya sa akin?

And does he think na hindi ko siya papatulan? Napailing ako. Referee nga napapatulan ko, siya pa kaya?

I know I was brought up to be decent, but I can also play dirty if I want to. Wag niya akong hamunin baka siya pa ang unang umiyak between the two of us.

Seriously though, natatawa na lang din ako sa mga nangyari kanina eh. Akala niya maiinis niya ako? Stupid. Why would I waste my time sa isang walang kwentang tao?

The game started, at maya maya pa I saw Jho walking at the other side of the court papunta sa seat niya. Alone.

I wonder where Nico is.

Sinundan ko siya ng tingin hanggang sa makarating siya sa upuan niya. She looks so lutang at alam kong wala sa game ang attention niya.

Alam ko hindi na naman siya okay and I really feel sorry for her.

If I could just do anything. Unfortunately, for now, wala eh.

Ateneo Lady Eagles won the tune up game. Straight sets. But I don't think I managed to fully put my attention throughout the whole game.

Feeling ko mas madalas ko pa yatang panoorin si Jho kesa sa laro.

I can't help it! Nag aalala ako. She looks so not her self. Nakatulala lang siya sa malayo. She looks so depressed. Parang mas worse pa 'tong nakikita kong Jhoana ngayon compare to the last time when I went to her condo.

Gusto ko siyang lapitan. Oh God knows how much I want. But she's seating across the court and I don't know how I would manage to get there while the game is still going on. Tsaka hindi rin ako sure if Nico is still here. I don't want to take my chances and end up making everything worse lang.

Tumayo na ako to congratulate the girls. Nag expect ako na lalapit din si Jho but when I looked at her again, wala na siya sa kinauupuan niya kanina. I even roamed my eyes around the court pero walang Jhoana.

I creased my forehead. Where did she went?

"Bei!"

I came back to my senses. Paglingon ko Millicent is looking at me confusingly.

"I'm talking to you." Nilibot niya ang mga mata niya throughout the court. "Who are you looking?" she asked.

"No one." agad kong sagot. Lumapit ako sa kanya. "Where do you wanna eat?"

"The usual?" malawak na ngiti niyang sabi. "Why don't we invite the others?"

"Okay. I'll ask them."
