"Ate Bea!"

Nagulat ako ng biglang hablutin ni Deanna yung suot kong earbuds kaya I confusingly looked at her sabay patay nung treadmill.

"Okay ka lang ba Ate Bei? Kanina ka pa kasi naglalakad dyan sa treadmill ng nakatulala while smilling tapos kanina ka pa tinatanong ni Ate Kat pero hindi mo kami pinapansin." Natatawang sabi ni Deanna while wiping her sweat.

"Yeah, what's with you Bea? Aren't you aware that you've been walking on the treadmill for like an hour now while smilling on your own? It's getting creepy." Kat said na parang nagtataka pero natatawa.

Napailing na lang ako sa kanila. I guess I am really busy with my own thoughts and I haven't notice hour na pala akong nasa treadmill.

"Sorry Kat. What are you asking ba?" I asked when I sat sa may gilid while opening my water bottle.

"I'm asking you if you'll be joining us at my place this afternoon for the Taco Thursday?"

Mabilis kong iniling ang ulo ko. "As much as I want to pero I can't. My afternoon is already booked for something. Sorry Kat. Just tell the others I'll make bawi next Taco Thursday I promise."

We have this what we call Taco Thursdays kasi ng ALE which is always sponsored by Kat sa place nya. Never pa ako umaabsent don because Taco is life. Pero Jho is lifer. We already agreed kasi to watch a movie and then eat dinner after.

"What's with all the people today? It seems like everyone have plans for the afternoon." Kat said more like to herself. Then she get her gym bag at nagpaalam na samin.

"Sorry again Ate Kat!" Pahabol na sabi ni Deanna pagkalabas ni Kat ng Ateneo Gym.

"Wait, you won't be able to go too?" I asked her.

"Nope. My afternoon is also booked." She said shrugging while fixing her gym bag.

Hindi ko na sya tinanong pa. I guess may gala na naman sila ni Luigi or baka may concert na naman silang pupuntahan.

I opened my phone to check if I have text message. Mas mabilis pa sa alas cuatro akong napasmile when I saw Jho's tweet.

I can't supress my kilig kaya dinaan ko na lang sa mahinang pagtawa at pag iling. Then I decided to reply.

Syempre I have to keep it lowkey baka magwala ang twitter world kapag nag reply ako ng 'Don't worry. Ang mahalaga alam ko' 🙈

Pero teka, she have time to tweet tapos she can't even text me? Aba Ms. Maraguinot.

Shocks. I feel like a freaking inlove 15 year old with all this butterflies inside me.

After like 5 minutes wala parin syang text sakin kaya nag tweet ulit ako sa kanya.

The hell. I'm so kilig sa mga simpleng paganto lang ni Jho. Who would have thought we will be like this today? I sure don't. Hanggang ngayon nandito pa rin yung adrenaline rush na naramdaman ko kahapon.
