the boys are getting ready for the FUNKTION tour. so they're extremely busy. and that makes you upset. because nick means so much to you. and you've hardly seen him the last few weeks cause he's so busy with rehearsals.

you were sitting in your sofa, when you get a call from nick.

you answer.

"hey"

nick smiled softly "hey you!"
you could hear him smile. it's a weird thing. but you knew he was smiling.

you smiled "what's up?"
nick smiled softly but also lowered his voice so no one else would hear him "date tonight? ice skating & dinner?"
you smiled "it sounds good. perfect in fact but don't you have to rehearse still?"
nick smiled "ill make time cause you're worth it"

you smiled "ill meet you at the studio in 20"

you then got a uber to where the boys rehearse.

you walk in and zion looks at you directly "hey you looking for nick?"
you nod "yeah. he said he's gonna make time? i can come back later though?"
zion smiled "no it's okay. he's yours"

you smiled "thank you"

after awhile nick came over to you "ready?"
you smiled "as i'll ever be"

nick smiled and took your hand has y'all walked out of the studio.

you look at nick "they seemed really confused apart from z? do they know?"
nick looks at you "know about what?"
you sighed "us, nick."

nick shakes his head. "just zion. he over heard me asking you out and asked a million questions so i has to tell him"
you sighed "why. why haven't you told them?"
nick sighed "i just. i can't bring myself to do it"
you sighed "you're ashamed of me aren't you?."

nick sighed "no not at all!! i love you. i just i don't know how they'll handle it. that's all. they're very. well high maintenance to say the least"
you sighed "isn't that normally just z? and since he handled it well shouldn't the other boys too?"
nick sighed "it's brandon i'm worried about. not zion"
you sighed "why?"
nick sighed "cause he likes you too."
you sighed "i can just keep my distance if it'll be easier for everyone"
nick grabbed your hands "now that ain't happening"
you sighed "i don't want to tear y'all apart."

nick smiled "it'll be okay. let's go"

you sighed "i can't go on this date now knowing that they don't know about us nick.."
nick nods "i know. that's what i meant. we're gonna tell them"

you and nick walk back into the rehearsal space hand and hand.

austin & zion we're smiling ear to ear.
edwin was confused and brandon ran off.

you look at nick "i can't do this" you mumble

zion smiled "listen up losers!" hes loud so he gets the attention of everyone for you & nick.

nick smiled "myself and y/n are dating"

brandon nods "hm"

he was reasonably quiet. but after staying around and just watching the guys rehearsals, you knew brandon was starting to get over it when he started to pick on you like the early days.

brandon smiled walking over to you "i'm happy for y'all"
you smiled "you sure?"
brandon nods "yes. always"

you smiled "thank you b"

hearing that from brandon and knowing that he meant it just really took that relief off of your shoulders. now knowing that all the boys approve, just made it feel like it wasn't just a secret. that it was offical. and you. you loved that feeling. you hadn't quiet felt something like that.
