you noticed zion had been really distance lately. and you knew that wasn't like him. you love him with your whole heart & you know that he can be clingy so the fact that he isn't talking to you and isn't paying attention to you is a very clear sign something ain't right.

you and zion would have your moments. you could go from hating each other one day to being totally head over heals for each other.

but something just wasn't sitting right.

zion approaches you as you were just chilling on the couch and you could tell something was wrong. you immediately thought the worse. due to the fact zion was up before 1pm.

zion sits beside you "can we talk?"
you sighed as you nod. from past experiences you knew when a sentence starts with them three words it doesn't usually end well.
zion looks at you "so ah"
you sighed "if you wanna dumb me just make it quick"
zion shakes his head "no no that's not it!"
you look at zion "so what is it?"
zion sighed "there's a leaked video of you kissing someone who seems to look a lot like nick.."
you sighed "are you. do you? wow."
zion looked at you confused
you sighed "that wasn't nick. that was my ex z."
zion nods "hm that makes sense"
you sighed "trust me. that's not nick!"
zion nods but then walked away.

you knew deep down that he didn't believe you.

zion rushed up to nick's room and pins him right up against the wall "bro!! not cool!"
nick looks at zion "huh?"
zion scoffed "bro you know what i mean"

you walked upstairs to see zion pinning nick against the wall and you start to panic, so. you thought the only way zion would believe you was to get proof. so.

you text your ex "i know this is random but can you please send me a selfie? i'll explain it later"
your ex replied "yeah of course!"
and sent a photo of him.

you rushed over to zion and shoved the phone between his face and nicks. zion was extremely close to punching him.

"see z. this is my ex. he kinda looks like nick but it's not nick. now are we okay!?"
zion nods as he let go of nick "yeah bub. we're good"
you sighed "why didn't you believe me though?"
zion shrugs "i don't know. it was like something came over me"
you nod "yeah i get that. i would of reacted the same"
you then look at nick "i'm sorry"
nick smiled "it's all good. the dude did look a lot like me"
zion looks at the two of you "unbelievable"

you sighed "zion!"

he ran back downstairs and straight outside

you sighed following him and grab onto his arm "zion! listen!"
zion shakes his head "why should i?!?"
you sighed "it's not nick. i promise you. i can call him and have him tell you word for word if you don't believe me"
zion nods

you then call your ex landon
he answers on the third ring

you sighed as you iMessaged him the video "hey. was that video i just sent you of us"
landon nods "yes! it was! we were together for about a year before you moved to LA"
you nod "thank you"
you then hang up and look at zion.

zion sighed "i should have believed you. i'm sorry. but. i promise the butterflies in my stomach are dancing"
you smiled "annnd he's back"

zion has his moments where he doesn't make sense and can be extremely overprotective but. you love him with your whole heart
