you're just laying down on your bed, like you normally do. edwin had been at the studio 90% of the day so you weren't expecting him to come snack to you, you were expecting him to just crash at the house with the boys. y'all go back and fourth a lot. well. turns out he's a little off tonight.

you're laying down when a flying edwin runs in and jumps on your bed and lays right on top of you "hiiii baby" he smiled pouting for a kiss
you give in and kiss edwin "really? it's 3am"
edwin smiled "i love yooou"
you look at edwin "ed... what are you on"
edwin smirks "you.."
you look at edwin "once again. 3am"
edwin smiled "i know"

you push edwin off you and he rolls over and pulls you onto of him "cuddles. i ain't moving until i get cuddles."
you look at edwin "ed. i'm here all day everyday. why now? can't i just go back to sleep?"

zion walks inside "might be a little alcohol involved there y/n"
you nod "that seems right"
you push edwin off you and just tuck him into bed "just calm down and go to sleep. i'll see you in the morning"

— the next morning —

you ended up falling asleep on the couch. you couldn't be bothered trying to move ed's drunk ass over so you'd have room in the bed. even though it's a california king, when edwin is drunk he tends to star fish across the bed. so there's really no point moving him.

edwin walks downstairs rubbing his head "ahh. what the hell happened last night?!"
you look at edwin "well according to z. alcohol happened."
edwin nods "would make sense.. did i? did i ah. you know. try with you?"
you nod "force cuddle. yes. yes you did."
edwin nods "was probably more than that but yeah i'm sorry"
you nod "o it was but. it's okay."

edwin smiled "breakfast to make up for it?"
you smiled "yeah. i'd like that. thank you! maybe some advil for you too"
edwin nods "oh definitely"
you giggled and stood behind edwin wrapped around him when he was cooking the breakfast

you two sat down and ate breakfast and just talked until sunset. it was what you both needed. you both couldn't be much happier
