CHERYL's POINT OF VIEW

After I went home to calm down- I thought about what Tony said. He's right.

The kids should not have seen how upset I was at that moment and I did need a moment to calm down.

That's why I feel as if I need to apologize to Tony about the way I responded and let him know that I respect him trying wanting to do what's best for him.

I guess I did deserve that moment of feeling confused and even a little hurt.

I've done much worse to him.

I went home, ate something and watched TV for a good 4 hours. After I felt as if I was in good shape to see my children, then, I made my way towards Tony's house once more.

TONY's POINT OF VIEW

"Yeah, I-...I don't wanna eat these, Dad." Ciyle said as we all ate at the dinner table. He looked at the asparagus that was stuck on his fork with a face of disgust.

"Ciyle...you never wanna eat any type of vegetable while you're over here. Do you even eat vegetables over your Moms house?" I asked as I looked at him and his plate full of food.

"Yeah...I mean, with her we have no choice. You know how she is and besides, I don't wanna get thumped by her. They hurt..." He said as he stared at his plate and shook his head.

"Well, the same goes for over here. You need this stuff, boy. Especially since you're an Athlete." I mentioned to him.

"Yeah, an Athlete that plays video games all day long and looks like a sick zombie afterwards every single time." Cai said as she took a bite of her food.

"Shut up. And what do you do? Nothing." Ciyle spat at Cai as he mugged her.

"Yeah, Yeah. Get some help." Cai said as she raised her eyebrow at him.

"Cai, how old are you about to turn?" I gently asked.

"Eighteen...why?"

"Because you're sitting here arguing with an eleven year older." I told her.

"I'm not arguing. Plus, he's just very, very annoying and it's not my fault that he needs to get some help." Cai said as she shrugged her shoulders.

I sighed and looked down at my plate.

This is definitely hard.

"Anyways, Cai- go and check on your sister. She should be awake by now." I said as I looked at her.

"Yes sir..." she said in a drained tone and stood up. Next, she left out of the dining room and all that was left was my son and I.

Before I could catch up with Ciyle while I had the chance- the doorbell rang.

"I'll be back. Eat your food, son." I said as I stood up and touched his shoulder. "All of it..." I reminded him as I then left out.
